    The Mazda of South Charlotte harbors good quality cars! No denying. I bought the Hyundai Sonata 2015 model today and as of now I am pretty impressed with the purchase. Very helpful Sales representatives, they have got you covered! From financing , to insurance everything was a smooth play. Special shout out to Torri , the sales guy, for taking the extra mile to make it all the more convenient.

    I give my Overall experience with Mazda a 100% because everything was wonderful from the start to finish. I came to Mazda not knowing what kind of car I wanted at all. As soon as I got there, we were greeted by a Car Salesman named Craig Shane, he was absolutely wonderful. He showed us around and took me straight to the car that I loved. He didn't beat around the bush, he was very serious and blunt with us, told us everything we needed to know. The process of getting the car was even better, it took no time at all, everyone was so nice including the Sales Managers, the finance office and the Salesman that we dealt with. Out of all the car places we went to, this one was defiantly the best car place yet. I would recommend Mazda of South Charlotte to anyone that was interested and also would recommend asking for Craig Shane to assist you in buying a car.

    Called on a car then decided against making the 5 hour round trip to see it. Tonya called me back to say that the owner would be in on Labor Day and that they would make me a great deal on the car. She said that if I didn't buy the car that they would give me gas $ for the trip. The car was already below KBB and I was suspicious that something was wrong with it but I figured that it was worth the trip. WRONG! They car had scrapes on it and touch up that would have required paint work. The wheels had been painted light gray and nothing was masked so the tires and wheel wells were also light gray. At least then I knew why the price was below BB. When we sat down to talk #'s, the price of the car jumped up $995 due to "Dealer Reconditioning" charges. I explained that I was told that I would get a great deal on the car (below the internet price) and the first thing they did was tack on $995! We should have left immediately but we ended up talking to three people in management. As we were about to leave, they finally agreed to the price that I requested but by then my wife and I were disgusted. They did fill our gas tank but that did little to compensate for the Labor Day that we wasted there. They have aggressive internet prices but keep in mind the "Reconditioning" charges. Needless to say, I will never return there.

    I cannot say enough about this dealership! From the very first person that I spoke to (Janay), the salesperson (Gino), the Sales Mgr (Bobby) and even the accounting staff I've spoken with, this dealership is by far the best my wife and I have ever dealt with. They were knowledgeable, organized, fair, and very professional and the new dealership is beautiful! I feel proud to be part of their family and will send anyone I know who is in the market to Mazda of South Charlotte. Outstanding job and I LOVE MY MAZDA 6! I've already gotten tons of compliments.     Best Car buying experience ever! We visited Mazda of South Charlotte few times before the purchase and every time we were greeted warm and made feel welcomed!! We had a lot of questions about the product since we never looked at Mazda before. We were Honda owners for years!!Gino our Salesman is a Gentleman and knows how to treat guests!! Never he felt annoyed and always smiling. Very professional in all aspects and an experienced Product specialist. We shopped at other Dealers and compared Product and experience!!
