    We went to look at Mazda's after reading excellent reviews. We were very lucky to deal with Moe Bedwan! He showed us the models we were interested in, gave us honest opinions, and two hours later we drove away in our new CX5. Buying a car can be a horrible experience -but this was different. Moe was both guide and broker, got us a good p/e price, and closed the deal professionally. Altogether a good day - thank you Moe!

    I currently lease a Mazda from South Charlotte Mazda and came in to discuss purchasing a new car from Mazda since my lease was up in a month. I indicated that I was considering the CX3 and wanted to test drive it. I didn't want to lease again and I told the sales person I wanted to buy a new car (CX3) with a certain set of safety features and I mentioned that I wanted my car payment to be in a certain range and that I was will to put down a large down payment. The sales person spent 10 minutes trying to convince me that I didn't know anything about leasing and that I shouldn't buy a car. It was then another 10 minutes of me explaining why purchasing the car made more sense for me and finally after about 25 minutes (and me asking 3 times) he finally got up to go get a car to test drive. The salesman told me he was going to go get a car that had the features I was looking for, but ended up with one that didn't have any of the safety features I was looking for. After a short test drive, about 5 min, I sat back down with the sales person and they proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the safety features I had go up to the Grand Touring model and pay for a lot of stuff that I didn't want or need. When I told him that I didn't want all of the other stuff because that put it out of budget and I mentioned that the other cars (Toyota Corolla, RAV4 and Subaru Impreza) that I was looking at that had those features and more (for less), the person started quoting MSRP numbers and tried to tell me that I didn't know how the car buying process had changed since the computer came into play. Talk about insulting. Also, in all that time, the sales person never went to get the manager or attempt to introduce me to the manager to try to change my mind. Finally, I said, I think I am wasting your time, and I know you are wasting my time, because you really aren't listening to what I want or even trying to find a way to help me purchase a car from Mazda of South Charlotte. If this is what Mazda of South Charlotte has become since moving into their new facility, then I would advise to stay away and if you want a Mazda...buy it from someone else.

    I bought a car in February and had some work done in the service department. Dana Snow was awesome! He coordinate the work and set up a rental car, answered all my calls and questions promptly and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Everyone I came in contact will was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience.

    I went to Mazda of South Charlotte in February, Matt Koval greeted us at door and it was a perfect fit. Matt was very attentive, a good listener and very knowledgeable about his product.     Drove to Charlotte from Charleston so our son could buy his first "real" car. Things didn't work out as we'd hoped and we had resigned ourselves to starting the search process all over again. Jesse called us the next day and bent over backwards to help make our son's vehicle dreams come true. Then he helped move mountains so that less than 24 hours later, our son was grinning ear-to-ear driving his dream vehicle, which he intends to drive for years to come. Very big thanks to everyone - Mo, Jesse, Mr AW - and everyone else who made this magic happen for our son. We are truly grateful.

    Enjoyed the process. Never felt pressured the give and take was very professional. The o7thing negative has been with finance department. I have called numerous times to inquire about the bank that gave me the loan and a week later I still haven't received a call. My fau7for not checking paper work before I left. But the buying experience with great.
