Great Car Buying Experience
My experience with Mazda of South Charlotte could not have been better or gone smoother or better.My salesman Peter Leviev was both courterous, professional and knowledgable. He walked me thru the benefits of buying new or used and the benefits of both and let me make the decision.Also Jesse James,sales manager, explained different financial terms to me that were easy to understand. I highly recommend Mazda of South Charlotte for your next car buying experience.

We contacted Mazda of South Charlotte for a used car they listed online. An appointment was scheduled to test drive the next day. After driving 30 minutes on I-77 - if you know the interstate you know the craziness of the drive!! Upon arrival and waiting for 20 minutes, they interestingly could not find the keys to the car. We were only able to see it. During the walk around we were told the car had already been serviced and it is in GREAT shape. The salesman had an airpod in his ear the whole time so I had to keep repeating my comments and questions. When even your 20 year old complained about the airpod unprompted on the drive home, you know that was super rude and showed no respect to us. The salesperson mentioned that the "manager" was considering the car for his kid--pressure? Not sure. After reaching out to them the following morning to check on the status they suddenly had a key and we scheduled a test drive the following day. The day before the test drive, we received a text indicating it went BACK to service and a tech found something SO BAD that they were sending it to auction and it was no longer available--confused we were told it was in GREAT SHAPE. The sales person mentioned he would see what else was on the lot. We said NO THANK YOU as it seemed fishy from the start.

Top Notch Service.
Top Notch Service....Its why you buy a car from Mazada South Charlotte. I drive an hour and half just to have them work on the Car even though there is one much closer

Service department is excellent.
Service department is excellent. I make 200 mile round trip to get service here. They really treat the customers well. You can watch the mechanics work while relaxing in lounge with free coffee and snacks. Really nice and thoughful.

Absolutely one of the best dealerships I have bought a car from. I am in my 60s and bought literally over a hundred cars. I come back to Mazda of South Charlotte for thei customer centric approach and excellent sales folks. Particularly Moe Bedwan - one of the most energtic and dynamic sales people I have worked with, he knows how to get things done. In the past 6 months I have bought 3 cars from Moe and will certainly be back for my next purchase. I purchased two 2023 Miata ND RF GT and recently a used 2016 Miata ND Launch Edition
