    First time at Bay Ridge Chrysler and it wont be my last. John Castellano was extremely helpful, and the. I enjoyed talking to them both very much. Buying or leasing a new car can be excruciating but with John and Jimmy, it was fun, fast, and simple. The finance manager, Anthonly Burke was also great and made my transaction nice and smooth. They also have an Allstate agency inside which was super convenient and they were able to save me a few dollars on my insurance as well as get me to a price point without playing the back and forth game like I've experienced at other dealerships. As a former Infiniti driver, I have to say the service quality I received at Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, by far over exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back soon for my next vehicle purchase.

    This Dealership was great, they handled trading in my old car and buying my new car with the greatest of ease and having to deal with minimal hassle. The salesman helped me look and considered my new vehicle and convinced my mother to buy a car as well, soon after we left with two Chrystler 200's (2016) and we're in love with them. we'll definitely be recommending more customers to them in the future

    I spoke with them on Saturday and asked about a nissan rogue 2016 they said still have that and I left appointment for Monday at 10 am because they were closed on Sunday (new year). I drove for 3 hours and was there at 9:30 am on Monday they called me to conform the appointment, after 30 min coming around they told me the car id not here they sold that last week. They tried to sell me a different car with a high price. After 2 hours there I was ok to get a new car but guy said he can not take my car for trade I have to sell that on my own. The next day I got a call from the owner ( what he left on my voicemail ) and he asked me to go back and finish the deal. I don't want to drive 3 hours for nothing, I'm sure they will come up with something else. Never again there.

    I will never go to this jeep again, my lease was ending on my old jeep and I wanted a 2017 jeep and they wouldn't take the early termination for the older jeep. He didn't pay attention to what we needed, it seemed he only cared about making a sale. I left being stuck with two leases. Never again.

    The salesman "Sam Cruz" tried to rip me off by adding a $1250 "prep fee" in which he insisted he took $500 off already. After doing some research and speaking to other dealers, I found out that this extra fee was bogus and it would only go to their pockets. My intelligence was insulted but I also feel bad for others who have fallen for such extra fees. I called to let them know I found a better deal elsewhere and he immediately opted to remove the "prep fee" so not to lose a customer. I told him not to bother. Just terrible!

    It was our first time buying a car from a dealer. We worked with Diana MG, she is a great person, very easy to talk with. We didn't wait for long to have the car ready. In addition we got a good deal for the car (2000 below MSRP). Overall, it was a pleasant relaxing experience.

    I had a really great experence at Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep, and it all because of SAM CRUZ. He made us feel really comfortable, and his knowledge of the cars is superb. We left with the car we wanted at the price we wanted and its all because of Sam, if you are in the market for a new car, I suggest Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep, and make sure you ask for SAM CRUZ.     Found the Jeep of my dreams for a great price online and submitted a request. I was contacted by Vanessa who told me they still had the Cherokee Trailhawk I was interested in. Sam Cruz took my wife and I on a great test drive and didn't mind when we accidentally went over the Verazano bridge. Sam's genuine personality and positive attitude really made me happy I traveled over 2 bridges to Bay Ridge. I would absolutely return and do business again because of my experience. He threw in a few goodies to make our first purchase even sweeter and even took off the Verazano toll off the cost of the Jeep.

    When I was leasing car sales person called 1000 times when I statred getting extra charges a month later couldn't speak to one person. After lease was signed deposit was paid got a bill from lease company n bay ridge jeep made as if it was not there problem that even thought they told me my $2000 deposit was only out of pocket expense I still had another $500 bill. They just want the sale then they don't know you
