    I bought 2016 Sierra preferred package and AC doesn't blow well out of passenge side vent. Service dept. could not fix and Wendy told me to take my new truck somewhere else to repair. Also told me motor mount needed to be replaced. They replaced mount and truck still runs rough. Absolute horrible service dept as well as their customer service. They lied to their district manager regarding my vehicle to GM. Process is ongoing and will post how it gets resolved. Brian Harris definitely has not handled this situation correctly

    I made an appointment to take a test drive via their website. They confirmed my appointment twice once through me and once through my husband. The latest being at 6 o'clock and our appointment was at 730. So my husband gets off of work early and we drive down there (we are 35 minutes away), and go into the used car building and wait. When the sales man finally comes he informs us that the model we were looking at was delivered to the new owners at 4 o'clock that day but of course they have a model two years newer for $6000 more. Very upset that the two times they called they knew this and still lead us to believe it was there and we could buy it that day.

    We arrived at Brian Harris autoplex from out of town. We went to specifically look at a GMC Yukon. The salesman who met us on the lot was less than professional. He was very rude to us about the buying process, and got an attitude when we tried to negotiate the price. He smarted off to my husband several times, asking him if he would rather do his job since he knew so much about it, and he was entitled to be able to "feed his family." My husband went in and spoke to the sales manager, who was not much more helpful. He did actually take the time to talk to us, though. It is clear that the people at this car lot do not want to sell cars. They were more concerned with playing pool online and sharing comments with their co-workers, and making weekend plans. This experience was less than ideal, and I have never felt more insulted when I left a car lot.

    Out Raged Out-of-towner from Mississippi The customer found the vehicle they were interested in online with a retail price of $26425 and on sale for $21589 After making the long drive from out of town (aprox. 30 miles away from the dealership). Mr. Out-of-towner made a very low offer on the lot for our vehicle (18000) and told the salesman that he would let us have his lease vehicle that was due for turn in with a $24000 payoff and we could sell it and make 3 to 4 thousand dollars. He stated several times during his visit that we would make 3 to 4 thousand dollars on his trade (which we would not after repairs and reconditioning). I guess he wanted us to lose money selling him a car and make up for it on the customer that buys his trade. The sales person told him that the offer that he was making was to low for the vehicle and that we would have to appraise the trade to get a value on it. The gentleman came inside the dealership to my office and told me that the salesman wouldn't present his offer to me. He said he has been to several dealerships and know one wants to work with him. I ask him what his offer was and he told me that he would pay $18000 for my vehicle and give us the lease turn in that we would be able to sale and make 3 to 4 thousand dollars on. I told him I would not take $18000 for my vehicle and we would have to appraise his trade and to see what we would offer for it. He told me the pay off was $24000 for the trade and we could have it for that. After appraising the trade and agreeing to a price of $19800 for my vehicle and $24000 for the trade (the trade has rear bumper damage and drivers rear quarter damage). The sales person called to get the payoff on the lease trade so that we could run down the final numbers. The pay off turned out to be $25913 dollars and the customer said that the numbers wouldn't work for him. He thanked us as he left. I am sorry that we were unable to make a deal. We work hard to make every customer that shops us a deal that makes them happy. Unfortunately we couldn't stay in business by losing money. We strive to offer the best deal to each customer and unfortunately it doesn't all ways work out.

    I was in Slidell on a visit from Houston for my brothers heart surgery when I experienced problems with my buick. Brought it to the dealership on Monday (05/23) morning, they analyzed the problem, explained it to me before repairs were done and had me out before noon the same day.
