Arrived for my appointment for the first oil change for my new Tucson. I was greeted by a cheerful young lady, who took all my information and asked me... to take a seat in the waiting room. I barely sat down before she came to tell me they were all done! I am very impressed. It was a very pleasant experience.

When I bought my new car. the salesman Angel showed me how to operate the bluetooth and radio head unit and the other components in the car . The next... day I could not get the radio head unit to come on, I thought maybe I hit a button or two and shut it off. I called Angel and he said " bring it right in, I can check it out with you" I could not make it in that afternoon, I called Service and spoke to Tony. He told me to bring it in when I can, no appointment necessary for him to check it out. When I arrived, greeted with a smile. Tony asked the technician to check it out as we spoke. I am sorry I did not get the tech's name but he was very friendly. It was something simple, in and out within a matter of minutes. Thanks for an easy experience.
