I had my g37xs worked on 6grand they put on the invoice
I had my g37xs worked on 6grand they put on the invoice complimentary wash and vacuum the car was ever not washed or vacuumed over 6g worth of work 3000 in labor alone and they were so negligence in the simple it made wonder what else was inventory charged for yet not completed the first concern I had was my service engine light was on they diagnosed the problem identified and serviced it they stated it was test driven problem solved I left the dealership within 5 miles from dealership my service engine light came on. They test drove the car 2 miles 2 miles after such work as new rear suspension new rack and pinion new sway bars and its test driven 2 miles I also stated my key light was coming on but forgot because that light wasn't on when I delivered the car also within that 5 miles my intelligence key light came on also I expected so much more I expected high level of detail at the infinite dealership for my I infinite automobile so I haven't even notified them yet I'm really frustrated upset and highly disappointed when your key light comes on your vehicle may not start I live 30 miles from dealership good. Chance that could have happened it still might driving back up there 2 miles test drive problem fixed invoice stated almost 7 grand worth of work maybe 5 mile test drive would have been a little more responsible I could brought my car elsewhere I wanted to be loyal to my brand I feel very unappreciated.

Reggie pays great attention to what the customer and their vehicle require. He is honest and very kind. His mechanics emulate this same customer care ethics. He has provided such great service over the last 5 years that I’m sticking with the Infiniti brand. In our society we are all stressed and that one honest smile can make all the difference :).
