Since I brought in my vehicle on December 7, 2025 up till

Since I brought in my vehicle on December 7, 2025 up till current nothing has been done and you keep switching me from my garbage car to a xxxx monster truck and you telling me mileage when all I do is drive back and forth to work and nothing has been done to my car. What kind of a dealership and business are you all running and nothing has been said about my car? Not even updates and no communication and I only got to find out yesterday my service person is no more. I will post this on BBB, I will also contact your corporate office as well as post this on yelp and every website you can think of...so folks will know I have received the worst service from you all. I as a customer deserve the best from you BUT, I have received the worst service from this company.

Jessica was fantastic.

Jessica was fantastic. I talked to her on the phone Wednesday evening, saw her Thursday morning and a little while was driving off in my new car.. I highly recommend her she is great

On Aug 7th I contacted the dealership on a 2025 F-150

On Aug 7th I contacted the dealership on a 2025 F-150 Black Widow. talked with salsman Christian Gomez. When we talked on the 7th of Aug he kept putting me off claiming he was busy. we talked about the truck selling at 78,000. I texted him twice and never recived anything back. Call the dealership back to speak with Christian. during the time we havent talked the price dropped to 75,000. When I called him he was very unprofessional with me. When I mentioned that the price dropped he told me that I agreed to the 78,000 which I didn't. then started talking very unprofessional basically yelling at me saying or you buying the truck or not. I told him yes but why shouldn't I get the advertised price of 75,000. Christian then hung up on me. I called him back explaining how unprofessional he was and asked to speak to a Manager. Still waiting on another salsman to contact me after speaking to a manager.

Hoy tube muy mala experiencia en este diller de autos usados, fuy por una ford expedition max 2020 donde me corieron el crédito, quise haser un intercambio y todo hiva bien Jessica y su manayer ,me quisieron estafar con otro auto más viejo y más caro, por lo tanto no recomiendo a este diller son muy estafadores Jessica y su manayer, les gusta jugar con las personas, publican un auto en un precio y luego te quieren vender otro auto con otro precio, mucho cuidado ,no compren en este diller de autos usados

They employ deceptive practices to lure people in, then change already agreed-upon terms. They don't want to honor advertised price. They gave me an "out the door" price with line-by-line details, then indicated they couldn't honor that price and wanted to add over $2k more. Don't trust them!
