    My brother had bought a car from here, and recommended Gary Parmelee as a salesmen. When we got there we asked for him and after I told him what I wanted, he took me right to what I wanted and made the sometimes confusing car-buying experience easy.

    Stephanie Stallons is without question the best car salesperson I've ever encountered. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. She did everything thing she said she would, and with the assistance of the rest of the great staff have left me with no gripes at this point. It feels good to know there are a few businesses left that still know how to do business. I look forward to my next purchase.

    I called the service department and talked to Dale Fischbach. I had stopped by a auto parts store to read my check engine light code. When I told Dale the code, he checked with one of the techs and he told me it would be a minimal repair part. I was happy to hear good news versus something major to repair. Thank you!

    I called the service department and talked to Dale Fischbach. I had stopped by a auto parts store to read my check engine light code. When I told Dale the code, he checked with one of the techs and he told me it would be a minimal repair part. I was happy to hear good news versus something major to repair. Thank you! Definitely will be calling back/stopping in!!

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 to this dealership on a Monday because the check engine light was on, and I had 2 software updates to do and my driver's door lock quit working. I was called later that day to notify me that they would have to change my catalytic converter. The Service Advisor Dale, told me that it would take 3-5 days for my converter to come in. Wednesday Dale called me to tell me that my converter was on its way and my truck should be ready by Friday. When Friday afternoon rolled around, I never got a call to update me. I tried calling and calling, no answer to his desk. Left voice mails, no call back. Tried the front service desk 3 times until I finally got someone. The lady put me hold while she was getting Dale for me. 11 minutes later she comes back on to tell me that Dale is on vacation for the day. I needed to make sure that I had my truck by the next Tuesday so I asked to speak to another Service Advisor. She then put me on hold for another 6 minutes to come back and tell me that the Service Advisor was busy and it would be a little bit before she could find out what was the status of my truck and asked if she could call me back. I said okay and not to my surprise, no call back Friday or Saturday. Made multiple calls Saturday to no avail. Monday rolls around and I started calling at 7:30am every 30 minutes and did not get in touch with Dale until 10:00am. He told me that my truck was on the rack and they were working on it. He said that it would be ready by the end of the day or no later than the next morning. Tuesday morning, I started calling again to find out when I could pick up my truck since I needed it by the end of the day and again, no answer and no call back from voicemails or messages. At 3:00pm I was to the point that since I could not reach anyone, I drove to the dealership. When I got their I spoke to the manager of the service department and told him how frustrated I was about not being able to reach anyone and no call backs. He actually told me that they have been having problems with their phones for a few months and the calls are getting transferred to Florida. (That is how you run a business, you blame your ignorance of not returning calls on a bad phone line for months). In comes Dale and I he proceeds to tell me that my truck is on the rack and they are working on it, same thing he said day before. I know a little about automobiles and a catalytic converter is not hard to change. He told me that they were having trouble fitting the new converter in. (BULL!!!!), Again not that hard to change, especially on a car lift. They called me at 5:30pm Tuesday to tell me I could pick up my truck. I signed my papers and left. When I got home and looked at my paperwork, it showed the start date and time and tech, and it showed the end date and time and tech. The Catalytic converter, and both software upgrades were started that Tuesday at 3:30pm, after I chewed them a new one. To top it off the mechanic wrote that they could not fix door lock due to customer needing vehicle back. Why didn't they do that and the updates the 5 days they were waiting on my converter. This dealership is filled with employees that do not answer their phones and lie as the day is long. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!

    Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. My vehicle has been in the shop for nearly 2 weeks and I have only been contacted twice. I have called multiple times to no avail. I have let messages for the store managers and again no reply. Do not use this dealership folks! This is the second time i had to take my car in for repairs and both times the service was terrible. Shame on me but never again.

    Words can't explain everything I have experienced at this dealership. They were trying to get over on me when I first purchased the car even after seeing I had good credit and was approved instantly. They tried to give me the car that I test drove the 1st day I went there that had 8 miles on it...when I went back the next day to sign paperwork it had over 500 miles. Explained to me that they had to take it to houston. I insisted on another vehicle exactly like the one I wanted. They also had to redo my paperwork twice because they put different numbers then what was discussed. That's when I should've stopped and should've left the dealership. I stayed only because they had the vehicle I wanted. After it was hard getting a scratch fixed that was there and I noticed the next morning since I left in the vehicle at night. I took the vehicle in to get serviced..oil change..recall fixed on the jeep...scratch fixed. .seat belt snap replaced that was coming apart. .go to pick up my vehicle and the only thing that was done was the oil change and the scratch was buffed which made the tiny scratch even worse because they kept the burner on it for too long. AFTER I called and told them things wasn't fixed on my car the time I dropped it off the service guy didn't even apologize for telling me everything was complete. Instead he told me he would fix it....I brought it back and he still didn't have the seat belt snap nor could he have the paint fixed. He told me that after an hour and a half being there. Had to take the car back to get fixed. There service is very poor and unprofessional. It's hard to reach someone also. You are transferred a lot. Just very upset with the service being that my vehicle is over 38k and I went with them on purchasing a new vehicle. Just sad to see a nice looking dealership with so many issues. Also I noticed different faces ...not even the same people working there whenever I go up there. Including my sakes rep who no longer works there and was the nicest person that I dealt with. I didn't fault him on the sales and service issues...he wasn't who I was dealing with at closing and when I got the vehicle serviced.

    Probably overwhelmed, short handed, and/or no internet sales experience. I received a phone call as a nice follow up to my inquiry, and was asked if I'm still in the market? The question should be is do you want to sell me the vehicle? I made several attempts, and still no information. Very poor Sales Management, and organization, will definitely be searching elsewhere. I recommend they not advertise on other websites until staffed with experienced Sales persons to provide customer support for Internet sales. I have purchased my last 9 vehicles off of Cars.com since they launched, and usually is a quick and very easy process, but definitely not here.

    It was very surprised being recognized by my first name. Kyle has helped me with my maintenance over the last 6 months and really seems to care. Cost of services are very competitive and have been done in a reasonable amount of time and I have been very satisfied.
