Good Service Appointment
Overall a good service appointment. Friendly service advisors. I left the car at the dealer, so I wasn't there waiting for it, but the work was done by early afternoon. Routine maintenance work done well, I think, although if I break down on our upcoming road trip I'll feel differently about that. Inexpensive cost. Not sure what was done inside my vehicle while it was at the dealer...when I picked up the car, the passenger seat was fully pushed back and was totally reclined, items from the glove box were strewn all over the seat, and the glove box itself seems now to be broken (it is still attached to the dash board, but now is loose in its connection and can be easily moved sideways back-and-forth, although it still can be closed and seems to be secure when shut). I saw the seat and other stuff, but it didn't really bother me at the time. I didn't realize about the box until I got home, and will leave it as something to fix at my next servicing. So, that last aspect of things is why it's not a five-star rating.

It took more than a day to change the oil and rotate tires. They wanted to sell me tires more than rotate them. When I arrived to pay for my services, they tried to have me wait for my service advisor to be located rather than just get me processed through as quickly as possible. Apparently their customer?s time means nothing to them
