Terrible dealership !

Terrible dealership ! Arrange your financing elsewhere, because their man will skin you . Service department is impossible to work with, as their service advisors won’t answer the phone , or return your call until the next day at best .

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler this month.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler this month. There was an issue with the rear glass on my vehicle. Instead of leaving me to fix this situation, the dealership tried 5 different times to correct this situation. The decision was made to correct this problem, and that was to replace the entire hard top on my Wrangler. This as done at no cost to me. I was stunned at this type of service. JT's Chrysler Jeep Dodge went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you very much.

My name is Joel Price and I have a 2018 pro master city

My name is Joel Price and I have a 2018 pro master city that has an oil leak and speakers not working on right side. I took it in Wednesday for diagnosing and was dealing with Jennifer Morris. She said I would have to leave it until next week and it’s 200.00 for the diagnostic. The van is out of warranty year wise but not mileage wise but she said there’s a recall on something to with the oil pump. I told her that I’m disabled on a fixed income and have stage 5 kidney failure and on dialysis 3 days a week and I need my van to go to dialysis at 5:30 in the morning. She was extremely accommodating and understanding about my situation. It’s rare this day to find people who actually have some sense and will take the time to go that extra mile to help you. She suggested we try on a Saturday after my treatment and see if they can fix it then but if warranty or recall doesn’t cover it then I’m screwed because I can’t afford out of pocket. But whoever is over that store needs to take care of Jennifer because she gets it. I don’t like people who are short with you and act like you’re bothering them but she cares and I can read people pretty well and I could tell she really wanted to help me. You have an excellent employee there who knows how to treat people.

I know she can’t make the decision on whether or not my van can be fixed under warranty because like I said I can’t afford out of pocket but regardless you have an excellent employee and I hope y’all take care of her. I serviced my truck at another dealership and had a horrible experience. JT’s Dodgeland was my next stop. We had a great experience and that’s now my service dealership. The people at JT’s roll up their sleeves and get down to work. My truck is always serviced correctly and on time. I always get a ride to work and back from their shuttle while my truck is getting worked on. I could not be happier with this dealership.
