Bought my Fiat 500 from these guys back in 2012. No problems with the car really. Have only put about 16800 miles on it since. But it wouldn't pass emissions... because the OBD won't reset so I called to schedule an appt. to get it fixed. It is April 14 and I have until May 30 to get emissions. They offered me an appointment in June. June? What are these guys doing that they can't schedule an appointment for a customer within a few weeks? I called another dealership and they gave me some good advise over the phone and said if the solution didn't work, call back and they will get me in within a week. Never again Auto Nation. Wish I had bought the car from the other folks.

Took my car in for a recall repair. The dealership was clean, well laid out, and the service staff was very attentive and friendly. She had my car back... in no time, and told me it would take half as long as was quoted when I made my appointment. This thrilled me as I was expecting to wait longer, but they had me in and out in about 30 minutes for the recall repair. I recommend AutoNation Alfa Romeo North Denver to anyone who was curious or looking for a great go-to option.

See DALE if you stop in to this dealership. He just made me an amazing deal on a Tucson and he is not the typical used car salesperson that given you a... line of crap to try to trick you. The dealership prices were pretty reasonable to start with as well.
First of all, I love my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. However, I have had nothing but issues with the dealership. 1. They mishandled my paperwork so I was unable... to register the vehicle - it took me three trips to the DMV and a some additional paperwork from the dealership to get it sorted out. 2. My first oil change - picked up my car which was parked around back behind the building, not in a spot. Got home and noticed a nice big crack in my bumper. Called the dealership and they stated that they do not have cameras in the back. Obviously taking no ownership of the damage to my vehicle that had been in their care all day. 3. Second oil change - tried to call in advance to have a key fob programmed (windshield repair guys from Safelite ran over my original). No answer and no one called me back. Went ahead and programmed it for me but insisted that I could not have possion of my vehicle until the fob was paid for - mind you I sent them an email from Safelite saying they would pay that day, they were with a client at the moment. Now why not just keep "possesion" of the fob, def worth more than the $78 to program it. Requested to speak with a manager, but they were able to finally make it work (although Safelite did call while I was checking out). Service forgot to take off the $20 for my oil change as well. Not a biggie - it got fixed and the lady was very nice, just one more thing I had to keep an eye on. 4. The downside to Alfa's is I cannot find another place to do oil changes and maintenance. I would definitley not purchase or voluntarily choose to service my car from this dealership again. 5. I had a Toyota - their oil changes were covered for three years, only took about an hour and they vacuumed and washed my car as a courtesy. My oil change, full price, from Autonation was over $140 and took an hour and 45 minutes. At some point, I did have a General Manager I was playing phone tag with and I finally just gave up with the pandemic. You would think they would have better customer service, but it is very disapppointing to say the least. More current reviews suggest they are improving. I have not noticed this however from my experience today. I aboslutley dislike giving negative reviews, let alone having negative experiences, but I think its important for consumers to know what to look for when working with this dealership. I am sure they are fine to work with if you keep an eye out for issues to potentially pop up.
Jake was very friendly and responsive to any concerns or questions that I had about the Z4. The dealership is taking care of the car to make sure it is... a safe and fun vehicle to drive.

Didn't really look for the suspension problem which only happens on aggressive driving. "Nothing on computer" so nothing done. Taking to Mike Ward Alfa... to solve. They were quite receptive to trying to solve the problem. I asked twice for extended warranty info and got no response. I ordered parts and have heard nothing. Auto Nation gave my email to a 3rd party for marketing purposes, extremely unhappy about that. Service writer doesn't know the cars, I couldn't talk to mechanic. Wouldn't give me maintenance/recall/update history on 13k mileage Giulia I bought. I don't need to know the previous owner but why not a print out of Alfa Inc. history? Appointment confirmation had THE WRONG ADDRESS on it. Seriously? I asked about that and was told, "yeah, it's a problem". I had asked about a downshifting issue when coming to a stop. Auto Nation says normal, Mike Ward service writer suggested a solution that appears to work. I've been driving Alfa Romeos since 1974 and currently also own a 1960 spider. I've owned Giulietta through 164S.

Went in for a repair to a tire after a pothole incident. Was told I needed a new tire and was quoted $270 and it had to be ordered. A day later, was... told the wheel needed to be replaced as well. When I called Autonation for updates, I had to leave VMs and had to call back later in the day as well since they had not listened to the VMs. Finally got the car back before the weekend and noticed that the tire they put on did not match the other three. My Giulia only has 2300 miles. They did not ask or inform me that they did this. When I called, they said they were sorry but the tire I wanted was on backorder. I am furious that I have a tire I do not want and will have to del with Autonation again to get the right tire. I have a choice and will not go back to Autonation again for any ypenof repair or service in the future.
I brought my 2017 Alfa in for recall work and that was a good visit (7/11). A week later, my sunroof stopped working and I scheduled an appointment for... service on 7/18/2019 with AutoNation. The day before I was to bring my car in, I received a call from the service advisor and they said that the certified Alfa technician was out and would not be back until 7/24. I was frustrated since my sunroof was stuck partially open thus not enabling me to drive my car if the weather called for rain. They offered no other option so I told them that I would call Mike Ward (another Alfa dealership) to schedule service. Mike Ward was able to get me in on 7/20 and were very professional. Mike Ward is way out of my way but I do need the sunroof fixed as soon as possible. Can't say that I can trust that AutoNation will be there when I need them...
Candace was so helpful. She went above and beyond for me to make sure my car was taken car, and kept me informed about the progress of the repair. Nice... to have an attentive and professional person like Candace to deal with. She is a wonderful representstive for your dealership.
