Great car buying experience

Awesome experience buying a car. Everyone we met, Tayvin, Will, and Greg were very professional. They were courteous and knowledgeable about the Audi that we purchased. We were dealt with fairly and without any pressure or sales pitch. I’ve bought many cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences I ever had. We felt like we got a great price for a great car. Only the doc fee was surprising, but they were willing to help make the final price what we were comfortable with. Would recommend to anyone for their next purchase.

Very pleased with buying experience

Had a wonderful buying experience. My salesperson Karim and the Sales Manager Greg went out of their way to provide quality customer service and made the buying experience a pleasure. This dealership also offered the vehicle I purchased at a very fair price.

This Dealership Sucks! and is dishonest.

I purchased a used vehicle here for my daughter. I spoke with the salesman who said that he personally drove the car and it had no problems. We did not even have the car for 2 weeks and the check engine light came on. Repairs cost over 1200 dollars. I emailed the salesman NO RESPONSE, big surprise. The place that repaired the car told us that the check engine light had been turned off because there were stored results. Not good business . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

Been waiting almost a year for a response

I bought my car from here and I love didn't habe any issues ..so I sent my mom up there to get a car in feb of this year and she paid 10,000+ CASH for her car and I was supposed to get a $150 referral check and every time I called the lady would have a attitude and blow Me off. The first time I ever called she was like I already passed your name the the gm.i was like I never even gave you my name .

Very Bad Dealer Do Not Go to Them

I call the dealer on Friday to check if the car available, they reply yes the car is available next day in the early morning I text him they confirm our appointment, I start from North Virgina to Greensboro in North Carolina is 5hr driving, And I text the sales person on his phone when I was in the middle of the way, Then once I arrived he say sorry we just sell the car!!!!!!!, I did not believe first of all I think he was joking,,,, but it was real they don't have the car.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!

The short version: I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was there. I was told the car was there, so the next morning my Fiance drove 2 hours out of his way to see the car only to find out it had been gone for a week. The dealer was then rude to us and unapologetic. the long version: I found a car I LOVED. It was a green 2012 Kia soul. I called the dealership at 5:44 pm on June 1 2017 and spoke to an employee who said they did have the car, and I told him I was fairly certain about it and that my fiance would come to test drive it. The next morning we got up early so he could drive me to work and then got to the dealership. My fiance got to the dealership and the guy said "yeah that car sold last week." My fiance called and told me what the dealer had said, so I walked away from my desk to give them a call the dealer raised his voice at me about how it is not their fault because it is "impossible to keep track of all of their cars at all 3 locations." He said the other employee that I had spoken to 16 hours earlier had "sent a driver over yesterday" to get the car, so the employee who I had originally spoken to knew for at leas 12 hours and did not call or email me at all to tell me. They then offered to "knock like 500$ off" of a car that was not the same year or color and was 5k more expensive than the one I had wanted. The whole experience was just awful

Outstanding Service!!

I was in the market for purchasing a used Yukon Denali XL, one that was in good shape with no accidents, low mileage and good carfax report. I saw a Denali that caught my attention during a Sunday drive at Triad Auto Solutions. I was able to see the SUVs exterior however because they were closed I figured I'd go back on Monday to test drive and see the interior. The minute I walked in Chris (salesman) greeted me and was very down to earth, not pushy at all which i appreciated. I informed him I was interested in the Denali and in no time he had the keys a tag and told me to look inside and take it for a ride, again no pressure. Upon returning I informed Chris that I liked the SUV but there were some things that I noticed that would prohibit me from making the purchase (minor things but enough for me to keep looking). His response was "You tell me what those issues are and we will get them fixed asap" this was not the response I was expecting. I informed him and he confidently stated "we're going to get those things taken care of asap, get the SUV fully inspected and detailed for you so you can take it home" I was wowed that he was so confident that I would be willing to purchase but he was very correct in his assumption. I went in on a Monday and on Friday I was driving the car that I had spent months looking for. The issues I mentioned to Chris had been fixed and the car looked brand new when I went back on Friday for a final inspection, i was even offered a fair amount for my trade in. Chris Did an excellent job and I would highly recommend you asking for him if you're wanting someone that is going to look out for your best interest and not make you feel pressured! I forgot to mention Jesse the Finance Manager!! She was also A+, very friendly, professional and was willing to answer questions and assist wherever needed. Awesome job by both Chris and Jesse in the Greensboro location!!! Now that I've had the SUV for about 3 days, there were some minor issues that I noticed, I called Chris, he spoke with the Service advisor Scott and they asked me to bring the SUV back so they could correct those issues!! Now this is what great customer service feels like! I didn't want them to think I was being nit-picky about every little thing but when you purchase a new/used car you want to walk away not second guessing your purchase and these guys have been top notch!!! If anything changes I will advise but I must say, I'm very impressed and will be recommending family and friends to go visit Triad Auto Solutions in Greensboro and ask for Chris and once you finish with Chris, Jesse will be waiting in the wings with a smile and if there are issues, Scott will be the man to make sure you don't have issues! I could go on and on but if you guys over at Triad Auto solutions are reading this I want to say "Job Well Done" you have earned my respect and thus far have done an excellent job and made me feel like part of the family!! Keep up the good work!!
