    I had an issue with a knocking in the front suspension making low speed turns. The first Service Adviser told me that was a normal sound and even the service tech said they could not find an issue. I went back months later to a different Service Adviser at the same dealership regarding this issue again, he ask the Head Service Manager to ride with me, he heard the issue. It went in, I work around the block so stopped in to check a few days later. The paper work just came up it, once again a tech (not the head service manager) said there was not a issue. I told them I am not picking it up till I have the problem solved as I have two family member with the same year truck theirs has no knocking issue. He went back to the Head Service Manager, he said I heard the knocking and it should not be, asked if they could keep it a few more day so that he could look into the issue more. Well he found it, they need to make a few readjusted the front suspension.

    When I retrieved my car from my latest Auto Butler application, I found a deep dent on my passenger door. Paid a premium for Auto Butler only to have car returned in WORSE condition than when I left it that morning. While they did have someone try to take out these dents, they did a terrible job. The dent is still visible from across the parking lot. I am so upset. I am worried that they have compromised the structural integrity of the car; even worse, I know they've greatly decreased its resale value. This is the very first new car I have ever bought, and now, whenever I look at it, I feel anger and disappointed when I used to experience so much joy.
