black '16 Mustang vin 1FA6P8CF0G5278386

They bought this off a private party for 25000 max, did literally nothing to it and reposting it for 30000? All these rinky dink dealers are total snakes, let's all be smarter and only buy used from large auto-brand dealers where yea they mark up product but they service the vehicles and provide support if stuff goes awry.

If I could give them 0 for customer service I woul

Last week came to look at a used CTS V, I was not dressed up, just my regular gym outfit. Puma Jacket and Puma pants. Sales man approached me after about 15 minutes of walking around by myself. He said may I help you. I started telling him why I came and you could tell he seemed like he was not even listening, then he saw someone else at the front and ran off to help them for whatever reason. Never came back to help me. I looked at the car for a 15 more minutes. It was very scratched and tons of swirls so obviously they dont do any detail work before they put them out in the showroom floor. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally left. Lots of cool cars, but none of them looked detailed and sales man definitely was not very helpful.

my 2014 mustang gt review from hot rides

I bought a 2014 mustang gt from hot rides and had a very horrible experience right after purchasing it i wish i would’ve looked at reviews before purchasing but seeing they have high end cars i believed this was a trustworthy dealership. I soon as i bought it the salesmen luis told me it had a check engine light that came on because of the temperature outside which sounds really bogus, then after getting home i found out there were 7 different lights that did not come on and since we trusted this place we didn’t check them their. We called them the next day and luis said yeah you broke all of them on the we home and it could’ve been because of the rain which sounds really ridiculous and refused to help us. i also found out the engine light is a cylinder misfire which he said it was because of the temp and also told me he mentioned it before purchasing the car which he lied about. The last thing is i’ve had the car for a month and i am noticing covered up scratched all over the car and they might comment and say it’s my fault but that’s a lie because i take care of it anyways every time i wash it a major scratch appears. I highly do not recommend this place and their bad ways of business.

Do Your Pre-Purchase Check - No Matter What

Get your pre-purchase inspection and don't let the car out of your sight until you're out of the lot. I bought a E36 M3 that ran just fine when I test drove it, engine bay spotless, and the car was overall very clean--I give all the credit to the previous owner. Which leads me to THR--what the xxxx happened from when I bought it to when everyone in the office went on "vacation" for a week until the car actually left the dealer? I drive it literally (and I mean literally) a few feet from the carrier truck and the engine makes a terrible noise, like I'm destroying the cylinders with the car in idle. Turns out the drive belt was torn to xxxx. I'm just trying to figure out whether this was from the carrier or from the dealer, so I call the illustrious Mitchell to figure things out and he was more in a hurry to cover his xxx than to help me out, getting really defensive and blaming the age of the car. I'm not an xxx, I'm aware it's an old car--the car fundamentally changed to inoperable from when I test drove it due to replaceable parts. Took me another 2 weeks to get the title, too. All in all, I appreciate Mitchell for teaching me a lesson: get a pre-purchase inspection (obviously). I ended up paying half as much in repairs as I did for the vehicle (for $15K car). That hurts to say. Learn from me, and forget these other people blowing smoke up the dealer's xxx. A good dealer is one that has the car you want and at a fair value--which (as I've learned) is my responsibility to conduct proper due diligence. Anybody who just walks into a dealership and takes the dealer for his word is a moron--like me in this case.

Hot car, burned in the end

I would not recommend buying a car from them. I purchased a 2017 Mustang that was throwing misfire codes. Couldn’t tell during test drive as they were resetting them before the test drive. Bought the car on a Saturday and they blamed it on watery gas, then avoided taking my calls. Last message I left, I was promised a return call and never received it. Bottom line, the vehicle has mechanical issues which were not apparent and they have refused to take any responsibility. In fact, they have evaded any semblance responsibility. They recommended that I take the car to a specific mechaninc to get the car “tuned”. That shop has a 90 day wait and said there is no way tubing will fix what he felt was a mechanical issue. Do not buy from here unless you’re a gear head

CUSTOMERS BEWARE

No recommendation. They keep stuff on their online inventory to make it seem like they have inventory. Don't be surprised when you call Mitchell and he tells you he doesn't actually have it. Read their Yelp reviews.

Fantastic and Professional service.

Salesperson responsed promptly and professionally to my online inquiry. I did not end up purchasing because the vehicle I was looking at had already sold. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because they didn’t pull their online Advertisement quicker. Would recommend this dealership though.

Definitely a dealer to try

They got back to me promptly, explained financing details and we got everything wrapped up in an hour. I was astonished but their variety and cost of performance cars. I have already recommended this dealer to several friends

Love my 2015 Scat Pack Challenger

Mitchell at Texas Hot Rides was flat out AWESOME! We talked about the numbers & we got close to where we both were ok. We then Test drove the car & I fell in love when the rear end kicked out on a slow right hand turn. Most dealers would have freaked out. Mitchell on the other hand just commented "oh we are having fun now". Then Mitchell had me floor it which set me back in my seat, he then had me press on the breaks to test the Brembro breaks out. Only a true car guy lets you test out a ride like that and Mitchell knows how to let you fully test drive a ride and get a full feel for it. After that, he made the buying process seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Texas Hot Rides. Selection is awesome & great people which go hand in hand.

AMAZING!!!

Texas Hot Rides has every sports car you can imagine! Great people! I traveled 3 hours to get my Shelby and was in and out within an hour. All cars are kept inside in a warehouse so cars are not exposed to the weather until you buy it. They have expensive cars but are very fair and even willing to negotiate. They don't waste your time and tell you straight up what your buying. I will definitely go back when it's time to upgrade.
