Best deal!

i bought my civic si from this dealer, they offered the best price to me, and I like their service, their attitude, to compare with the other honda dealer in Baton Rouge, richard's is way better, but richard's is got a smaller show room, however, as a customer, I want the lowest price and best service, the one I bought it is 2015 Honda Civic Si, in Orange, they didn't have it in stock, but they got it for me from another dealer in 1 day, plus add the pro pak, it took only 2 days to had it ready for me. Now I'm feeling regrat about 2 things 1,I bought my ex-girlfriend a new car 2,I bought her a Nissan in Lafayette I'm sure if I need 1 more honda, I will only buy from this dealer!

Bought two!

We shopped for two months for a car for my granddaughter, trying to find the right car and the right price. We found the right car with the right price dealing with Byron Lewis at Richards Honda. The car arrived at Richards on Friday and we were there to get it on Saturday. While there, I test drove a CR-V, and bought it that afternoon. The price was good, and our salesman (Byron Lewis) was fantastic. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Absolutely the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. I hope our vehicles are as good as our salesman.

I LOVE MY CAR :)

I have to say that I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Mr. Steven Garic was very helpful and his attentions were awesome.. He made us feel very comfortable and he explained everything about the process. I love my car :)

The Best Car buying experience EVER!!!

Mrs. Billie Jean was such a kind and compassionate saleslady! She made it easy to trust this dealership. Every question I had was answered quickly and confidently. From Mrs. Billie Jean to Mr. Gary Vick to Mr. Curtis Hopkins, they all made it so quick and easy to purchase my new Honda Fit ( which I LOVE btw!) Jessica sold me my car. It was amazing. I came in knowing what I wanted. After shopping for two days. She made my shopping experience seamless. I love my car!!!! And I love Jessica. If your going to buy a car see Jessica at Richards. She is a genuine person with an honest opinion.

Refreshing car buying experience with Kathy B.

Truly a hassle free experience from start to finish. I came in looking for a Civic to replace my old Mazda 3, however i ended up buying an Accord LX. Not because I was upsold or pressured into it, but because Kathy left me alone to wander about and make my own mind up. It was refreshing not to be pushed about or condescended upon by a sales rep; Kathy simply gave me a few facts and comparisons along the way. Pricing was done via phone and email, which for me was personally more comfortable and all i had to do was sign the papers after a few days of deliberation. Financing was even a breeze without the typical warranty push: your new car is total garbage, so you really need this warranty! Nothing of that sort, no hidden dealer fees, either. Third time was the charm for me, as i had two horrible experiences in the past before this great one at Richards! Thanks to Ms. Kathy Bergeron and the rest of the team!
