Positive Purchasing Experience, Lousy Follow up
I purchased a small sports car for my son. Purchasing experience was positive: allowed to drive car, courteous sales person, efficient sales experience. Review would have been excellent but for miserable follow up. Car was missing knob on stick shift, sales person couldn't find secondary key. Salesman Ben assured me that these would speedily be sent to me once located. Patiently waited a couple weeks, then sent a reminder to Ben's phone and via website. Received a text message from Ben w picture of key w fob, informed these on the way. Several more weeks, nothing arrived. Called and was asked my address by Ben. Really? Clearly on purchase documents, in system. Months later, still no main key, still no knob on stick (purchased my own), still no follow-on. Takeaway: don't expect any follow-on support. Dealership motto must be sell and forget.... Unnecessarily disappointing, soured my positive first impression.

They have some nice cars on their lot but also make a lot...
They have some nice cars on their lot but also make a lot of promises that they don’t follow through with. So don’t expect anything besides the car when you go there. They didn’t follow through with shipping, a oil change, or even have the car ready when I had to fly there and drive it back 1,200 miles on my own. If I didn’t like the car so much I would have told them to keep it .

Sir that's your side of story. Now our side of story is you cant keep adding stuff to list after purchasing the car and its not correct statement that car was not washed, in fact car was ready and we re-washed it for you as you bought in pollen season. also you failed to mention that we also did refund you full shipping as you had to come get the car plus we chauffer you from the airport so you dont incur additional cost. I apologize we dont make huge profits on these car as you can tell that you came all the way from MONTANA to buy this car. I am sorry for what we did it was not enough for you.
The add on stuff you mentioned was agreed upon before the purchase was made. You also told the Better Business bureau you gave me a discount up from is why you wouldn’t reimburse my airfare , that discount never happened. You also did want to deal with the $700.00 delivery fee that was in the purchase price .

Great Customer Service! Had a million questions, and they were patient with me. They stayed there until an hour after closing the deal and I never felt rushed. BTW Ask for Philp. You won’t be disappointed!

Do not trust!
Shaun (salesman) and the manager told me they would hold a check for the down payment for a week but they cashed it within 5 hours of receiving it. I called Duwan and have been given the run around! Do not trust them!!

Sold me a car that leaks everywhere from the rear end to the oil pan I called them to get some help an nobody follows up now that they got my money. 1 star because the review doesn't have a 0

The dealer was not flexible at all with the price, I am used to different TOYOTA dealers in the Athens GA area. I made my trip over there and told the price I wanted to pay, I was never told no you cant have it for that much, waste of my time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
The entire conversation about the car I was interested in was done via text message. The sales rep couldn't even have the courtesy to to pick up a phone. Unprofessional is the least I can say. It was in broken English as well.
