Worked with Manny, he made everything simple and got everything ready in a very short period of time. I'm from San Antonio to and flew to get the car last Saturday. Exceptional service. Roger in finance was also excellent and very experienced. I recommend Automax to everyone!!

I contacted Kiana regarding a used vehicle. She responded immediately and was extremely helpful. I decided against that particular vehicle, however Kiana and Manny provided excellent customer service and introduced me to some cars I hadn't previously considered and I'm so happy they did! I found a car that I love! Kiana was a phenomenal sales person! Omar and Annette were very helpful with financing. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I had been researching mid-level pre/owned luxury cars for the last 6 months. Had an immaculately maintained, but high mike '08 Dodge Nitro RT that no one wanted to trade me more than $5K for. I saw a "no accidents", one owner BMW X6 xDrive 50i in an online ad. It was already listed as a "Good Deal" on this 3rd party website, so I went to AutoMax to work a deal. In the end, with Shawn as my salesman, and Omar over-seeing the deal as Sales Manager, they dropped the price on the X6 an ADDITIONAL $1,000 and AND, gave me a full thousand more for my magnificent Nitro than anyone else had ever offered on a comparably priced car. They both understood this was not an ordinary trade-in, nor was their offer vehicle an ordinary BMW. They budged on BOTH! Great deal, Shawn and Omar! I won't see you for another 8 years though, unfortunately, since that's how long I'll be driving this amazing BMW.

Do not go to this dealership! PLEASE AVOID! I came in looking for a Toyota Highlander, Annette Wiggins who is now apparently a manager sold the car to us, we asked multiple times if there had been any accidents and asked to see the car fax she assured me everything was clean and she made up some bs excuse that the carfax info wasn't working or something. I took her word for it because she assured me multiple times it was clean, I bought it. 4 months later, my insurance company tells me they can't refinance salvaged cars!! What?! I go to the dealership and they apologized over and over again and said they would fix everything and an hour later they change their mind and say there's nothing that can be done. Please do not go here! Go somewhere where salesman are actually honest and not doing it just to get their commission out of it. There are people who are actually looking for cars for their families to feel safe and comfortable in.

Manny and the team at Automax were in a word; EXCELLENT! From the initial phone conversation, to the first meeting, Manny was detail oriented, he had excellent product knowledge, he was friendly and efficient. Thanks Manny and the whole team at Automax Atlanta, Lilburn.

Whatever you do please avoid this dealership!! They are very untrustworthy, I was looking for a Toyota Highlander and asked the salesman if it had been in any accidents before and he said no, I asked for a car fax and he insisted that the machine was broken and that he was absolutely sure it was never in an accident. Bought the car, 4 months later I find out it was salvaged and the dealership didn't want to admit that they lied and said they couldn't do anything about it. Do not waste your time coming here!! Please look elsewhere!!

I started my search for a car in May and eventually came across the website for Automax Atlanta. My search ended when I met my salesman Tyce. He was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. Tyce was knowledgable, polite and patient - not your typical pushy salesman. If you’re on the hunt for a new car stop by and ask for Tyce, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the second car I've bought from this dealership and that's because the salesmanship and customer service is above and beyond the normal competition. They have absolutely wonderful service and a great, wide and varied selection of cars. My sales person, Donald, was excellent! So, make sure to ask for him.

I came to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I saw online. I was immediately met by Samuel who proceeded to pull the car out front so I could take a look at it. Although he has not worked there long he was both knowledgeable and professional. Price was fair and the car was beautiful. These are honest people who do what they say their going to do. You can't ask for any more than that.
