I recently purchased a vehicle at AutoMax Atlanta in Lilburn, GA. First, I went online to search for the right car. I wanted something sporty but affordable. As I searched the Auto Trader website, I found a 2013 Scion tC at AutoMax Atlanta. When I clicked on the link I realized the dealership was on only a few miles away, conveniently located on Lawrenceville Highway. I emailed the dealership to see of the car was still available. Within 24 hours I received a response from Mr. Shazam Rajani. He confirmed the car was still available and asked if I wanted to come by and drive it. Included in the email was the carfax report. After confirming they still had the car, I made an appointment to go and look at it in person. Mr. Rajani was waiting for outside when I arrived. He allowed me to look at the car and answered all of my questions. I explained what I needed as it related to financing and payments. I asked if I could get the car close to the terms I needed. Mr. Rajani promised to do the leg work for me and let me know. He had me fill out a very short credit application and he said he would do the rest. I was on break from work so I could not sit down and wait at that time. I left and went back to work. Within 24 hours, I have been approved for the purchase of the car and Mr. Rajani called me with the news. He asked when I wanted to come by and do the paperwork. I told him I would have to come after work. He agreed to stay and wait for me. When I got back to the dealership, the paperwork was done. I was expecting to be there for 3 or 4 hours. I was there for about an hour. That includes, test drive, emissions check and signing the loan documents. I was blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism at AutoMax Atlanta. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire experience. I got a great deal on the car and affordable payments. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am going to refer all my frinds and family to AutoMax Atlanta. They have a great selection of cars and a great staff of people to help you get what you are looking for!!

No after sale service
Good luck on getting any repairs completed as promised after you drive it off the lot. Lots of talk but nothing gets done. The "We Owe You" form they give you means just that, "We OWE you".

No After Sale Service
Good luck on getting any repairs done after you drive it off the lot. Lots of talk but nothing gets done. The "We Owe You" work order they give you for anything that needs to get done to the car after the sale is just that, "We OWE You".

Lied to about price and financing
Price change from the internet and financing rates changed as well from from conversation to the time we tried to purchase . Not a great way to run a business what's so ever. Never buy from dishonest dealerships bottom line.

Worst car buying expieren even ever
Bought a 2014 Kia from Monica.was told the car would be delivered sat. It's sun and just found out the car may be here tue. How am I supposed to get work at 5am Monday? They don't keep their word and price the same vehicles differnt prices on differnt website

Most pleasant car buying experience!
I found the exact car I had been looking for online. After speaking with Annette to confirm it was still available, we made the drive from Charlotte, NC. The moment we pulled onto the lot, we were greeted with enthusiasm. The car I was interested in was waiting for a test drive. Annette was an amazing sales person, and Ray and Roger worked with us quickly to ensure our financial requests were met. Start to finish, they had us back on the road in less than an hour and a half. Well worth the drive, and will definitely work with them in the future!

wasted 2 hours driving to see a truck
truck was rusted out, Ray didn't tell me that on the phone. I wasted 2 hours driving in heavy traffic. I asked the sales manager to review the truck prior to me driving there. tried to state the rust wasn't big deal.

Sir you were looking at a 2007 Chevy Avalanche truck 4X4 which happened to came from New York and you knew about it as you saw carfax prior coming to our dealership how can you expect that it will not have any rust.
Don't fulfill their part of the contract
This dealer tried to take advantage of my daughter. They did not do the things they agreed to do then threatened my daughter with a felony if she stopped payment on the check. She never took possession of the car. They are big BULLIES!!!

Short and sweet
Was in need of car fast and looked online for a VERY specific car when Automax Atlanta popped up. Saw their listings and prices so I went to the following morning; got me in a car in a time sensible fashion with GREAT service. Jesse the manager (I presume) was great and so was Sherrice who both helped me with a trade-in and purchase. They take care of you even after you buy a car which goes long ways in today's world! Definitely worth a visit!

Extremely Dishonest Dealership
Friday afternoon I negotiated a purchase price with Annette. I called her Saturday morning to confirm the purchase and tell her of my plans to pickup the vehicle. I was asked to provide a copy of my drivers license by text / email, and I did so immediately. I was told that the finance department would call me for a deposit and would immediately begin the required paperwork, and that the vehicle would be removed from the lot and considered sold (a sold sign would be placed on it). I left immediately for my 2 hour ride to the dealership. One hour and 15 minutes into my trip, I had not yet received a call concerning the deposit. I called Annette to "check in" and to tell her my estimated time of arrival. At that time I was told that the vehicle had already been sold. I would believe nothing that you are told by Annette or the Manager, Jesse. This is certainly no way to run a business.
