I test drove an auto at this dealership. Jesus was my salesman and was very helpful, courteous, and not at all pushy. I did not end up purchasing from... him, but I would return definitely the next time I am in need of a used vehicle.
I don't know why moms get attached to their old cars, but they do. Especially if it's been reliable and stable through the years. Like my mother in law's... old Mercedes was. But its days of glory were long gone, and though it was difficult for her to accept, she finally agreed to a new car. We'd been looking around for a while, but happened to stop by Ario Auto Sales while heading back from home. I didn't think it would all happen as fast as it did, but we left with a 2001 BMW. Boby was our salesman. He wasn't pushy but very knowledgeable. This car was everything she was looking for: it was absolutely stunning, mint condition, and we got a really great deal on it. Like... really great. So if you're looking for a used car I'd highly recommend this place. We've been to a ton of dealers and just walked out with an uneasy feeling. I really liked that the cars all had a carfax available so you know what you're getting yourself into. It was a really pleasant experience. She's had the car for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it.
Great place always willing to help. Jesus set me up with the purchase and the purchasing was flawless. I later had a minor electrical problem and they... took care of it and even paid the bills for parts and labor. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and let them know it's worth coming to LA for service like this.
I've been buying cars from from them for a lot longer than I care to admit. I have lost count of how many cars I have bought, but it's quite a few. they... always work hard to get me the car I want at a price I can afford. they became my "go to" guys for cars. I currently have a Lexus RX 300 that I bought from them that's been the best car I've ever had.
All the poor reviews are consistent with my experience. I noticed the replies from Ario to the bad reviews all try to spin the blame back at the reviewer/consumer,... or they play dumb like, "you should of contacted us before doing any repairs to the vehicle...we would have gotten you a better price" Seriously....you sell us a mechanically broken vehicle and now we should come back to you and pay you more money to get it fixed....what a joke. Advice to Ario....What you should do is be honest about the condition of the vehicle...then maybe the consumer knows what they will be getting into...you might not make as much a profit, but at least future customers wont be scared off by the horrible reviews. Honesty goes a long way. Also, get rid of the 3 month warranty...its not worth a penny....will just add more frustration to the consumers experience when they find out you sold them a bum vehicle. Future consumers....Don't waste your time here.
Dear R.D. You can keep posting negative reviews under different names. We have never sold any mechanically broken vehicles. You inspected your car by ...your mechanic and found no problems or issues. If you are unhappy about the 3 month warranty, you can contact me and I will provide you the list of customers happy with the warranty. Used cars require regular maintenance and we will continue to offer savings toward future repairs.
A few months ago I was shopping around for a used car that would fall within my small budget. The process was taking its time since it was very difficult... for me to find the right car that would be in an acceptable condition. I saw one of Ario Auto's ads online and after arranging a test drive with them, we were able to reach an agreement on the price, as well as taking care of the few minor issues that the vehicle had. They were honest and open with me about the condition of the car and I could not be happier with the deal that I got in the end. I've had my car for 4 months now and have had no issues other than the regular maintenance of the vehicle... Buying a used car can be a tricky and difficult task and there is always some risk associated with what you're ending up with, but I would recommend these guys due to their friendly service and helpfulness.
Do not buy from there. Bought a car 3 months ago and even if they give you a 3 months warranty on the engine they won't tell you there is so many other... problems. $2,000 is what I need to pay to fix the issues that existed when I bought the car. If you're thinking of buying there make your own mechanic check the whole car. Instead now I have to pay for a fuel pump, transmission liquids, suspension blocks (front and rear).
We wish you contacted us before spending $2000 on shocks, Transmission fluid Flush and Fuel Pump!! Because we could have done all these for half of th...at. All and all glad to hear your engine and transmission as well as the rest is running well and not giving you any problems after 3 months.
Got this place recommended by a friend and really happy I found it. Recently bought an old Jeep from them and love it. There is no pressure from the guys... working there like there usually is when you go to a car dealer. They really guide you and are very honest about their cars and take pride in having really good used cars. My car is running like a dream and have only had minor problems with it but that's something you have to take into mind an ld budget for when buying an old used car with a lot of miles on it. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car and will be back myself if I'm to get another car.
Saw a BMW on their website that I was very interested in. They worked with me on trading in my vehicle and was offered a good price on the trade in and... vehicle purchase price. Cosmetically, the car was beautiful inside and out. Mechanically sound, the car was not....not even close. Called them up a few times and never got a call back. Ended up having to go there in person and was told that my trade-in didn't make them any money, so they would not cover any of the cost of repairs, plus, as others noted below, they are not obligated to. Very disappointing experience.
Dear Raj, You had the car checked and inspected by "your mechanic" before your purchase. We took your trade-in based on good faith that everything is ...good, it overheated the same day. We understand it is a "Used car" and dealed with the repairs. You also had a service contract to cover your repairs! We offered to help by refering you to the mechanic we work with but never heard back from you.
After going to several other used car lots. Being disappointed with the used car lot next door, we decided to just take a look to see what they had. If... you're in the market of a used car, check these guys out first... If any of my friends are looking, I would recommend this place again and again. I got a great car, great price with great service. Couldn't be more happy. Thank You!!
