This location should not even get a one star, unfortunately you have to click one store. I recently opened up a landscaping business and purchased a truck... with a snow plow. My poor customer service experience started after I took the car off the lot. I have probably purchased seven cars in the last 13 years and this was the only vehicle that I drove off the lot that didn't have a full tank of gas. It was a quarter tank filled. I didn't say anything let it just go. Next, I had to go to the dealership lot to drop off the title not realizing that the title was the old title that had the lienholder on it. I had a wedding that weekend and I was told that they would reach out to Acura to get it squared away. All the sudden a couple days later I start getting phone calls and messages asking where is the title. Yes I should've followed up but if you say you're going to do something do it or don't commit to it. The worst part of this whole buying experience was when I picked up the registration to see that it was registered personal not commercial. I have never owned a business before or registered on track through the business but I purchased the snow plow with the truck plus they knew I was using it for my work. This costly mistake has now jeopardized my snow plowing ability as I can not get commercial insurance due to the vehicle not being registered in the business name. The only way to fix this is to re-finance the vehicle and pay all the taxes and fees that I already paid again. Bob the used car sales manager is a joke. Brags about his time with the company and can't even make a recommendation to register a vehicle commercial. Unfortunately the dealer doesn't take ownership the bank doesn't take ownership and now I'm out of work in the winter. Thank you Straub motors for the most terrible customer experience I have ever received.
Horrible service dept. Car was there for 3 weeks and they didn't even look at it. Gave us every excuse in the book. Finally had it towed to another... dealership. Tow truck driver told us it was the third vehicle he has towed from them for the same reason! Absolutely awful.
No pressure sales, no nonsense come on. They are customer oriented giving the customer what he/she wants, not trying to dump something laying around. I... have found them very truthful and honest for almost 20 years. That's why I keep leasing my Buicks from them. The other reason is the number 1 service department. They all do a great job. Definitely will be back again when this lease is up.
Great service and people. I felt comfortable and not pressured into making a decision like I have in the past from other dealerships. I felt like a person... and not a paycheck to them which was refreshing. I highly recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy a car.
Polite, Friendly, Accommodating, I could not ask for finer service. They got me in for the same day.
On Sunday, my car told me I needed service. We were planning a trip on Tuesday. I called Straub on Monday and they fit me into their schedule that day.... Perfect...love Straub service.
Very knowledgeable sales team. This is our 3rd vehicle from this dealership and they always go the extra mile to make sure my purchase is an awesome experience.... Buick Envision Premium II 2.0 Turbo 6A is our new vehicle. Thanks Team Straub!!!
TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPT, WOULD TELL A FRIEND , A TOP 10 for sure, Kevin and his Dept are REALLY GOOD in Customer Service
Amazing service will be a customer for life! All need needs and concerns was taken into consideration. I felt like a person not a sale. Wonderful can't... say enough good things about dealership.
I brought my 2008 Acadia in on Saturday (10/15) for the recall on my hatch that I received several notices for and also had some other work done while... I was there. When I picked my car up on Saturday afternoon they said I was all done. I paid and left. I did not use my back hatch from Saturday until just yesterday (10/20) and when I opened the hatch it only opened half way then slammed shut. I tried it again and the same thing. I then opened it by hand and pushed it all the way up so I can put stuff in the back and it slowly closed half way then slammed shut. I did not have this problem before I brought it in for the recall. I called the dealer this morning (10/21) and they said that the parts (struts) were not in stock so they had to order them so needless to say they did not complete the recall. My problem is that they never told me the recall wasn't completed when I picked up my car nor did they say anything that they had to order parts when I scheduled the recall. Now I have to take another day when the parts come in and drop off my car and then go back and pick it up several hours later or the next day. They do not offer a loaner car so I need to get a ride to and from and it isn't convenient to get to from my house. I am so angry and to be honest I can not wait until I do not have to deal with this dealership ever again. This is not the first time I have had trouble with them.
