Horrible service dept. Car was there for 3 weeks and they didn't even look at it. Gave us every excuse in the book. Finally had it towed to another... dealership. Tow truck driver told us it was the third vehicle he has towed from them for the same reason! Absolutely awful.
No pressure sales, no nonsense come on. They are customer oriented giving the customer what he/she wants, not trying to dump something laying around. I... have found them very truthful and honest for almost 20 years. That's why I keep leasing my Buicks from them. The other reason is the number 1 service department. They all do a great job. Definitely will be back again when this lease is up.
Great service and people. I felt comfortable and not pressured into making a decision like I have in the past from other dealerships. I felt like a person... and not a paycheck to them which was refreshing. I highly recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy a car.

I brought my 2008 Acadia in on Saturday (10/15) for the recall on my hatch that I received several notices for and also had some other work done while... I was there. When I picked my car up on Saturday afternoon they said I was all done. I paid and left. I did not use my back hatch from Saturday until just yesterday (10/20) and when I opened the hatch it only opened half way then slammed shut. I tried it again and the same thing. I then opened it by hand and pushed it all the way up so I can put stuff in the back and it slowly closed half way then slammed shut. I did not have this problem before I brought it in for the recall. I called the dealer this morning (10/21) and they said that the parts (struts) were not in stock so they had to order them so needless to say they did not complete the recall. My problem is that they never told me the recall wasn't completed when I picked up my car nor did they say anything that they had to order parts when I scheduled the recall. Now I have to take another day when the parts come in and drop off my car and then go back and pick it up several hours later or the next day. They do not offer a loaner car so I need to get a ride to and from and it isn't convenient to get to from my house. I am so angry and to be honest I can not wait until I do not have to deal with this dealership ever again. This is not the first time I have had trouble with them.
