My sales person was great

Well my sales person was Florida, its my second purchase with Her as my sales person she is very worn sensitive and carrying to my needs takes her time to get to know u on a personal level to better understand what I’m your looking for she explains everything by details and I really appreciate that from her ,I would definitely recommend her to anyone else, thanks to her I’m very happy with my Nisan

Excellent Experience

I’m not sure why anyone gives Edison Nissan a low rating. My family all together has easily leased/financed 5 vehicles over the years from this location and we have never had a problem. My recent experience with salesperson Wilson Reynoso was very smooth and I’ve never had better customer service. He is incredibly diligent and follows up with me even weeks after starting my new lease to make sure everything is going as planned. Edison Nissan and Wilson have been able to deliver everything as promised thus far. David, the sales manager, was easily accessible and I did not feel at any point that I was being ill-advised or lied to. My experience with the service department, too, has been nothing short of professional. If you choose to listen to the reviews of angry people who feel highly entitled, that’s your prerogative. But it’s not an accurate depiction of this dealership or the people who work there. At the end of the day, it’s a sales business and deals that are made naturally have to satisfy the needs of both the business and the customer.

Excellent Customer Care

My credit was not goid and Florida Guevara help me to get very good approval i defenetily have owsome experience very nice place clean facility and her manager David Chevez and Seymour was very helpful thanks Florida and Edison Nissan....

Rude and Deceitful Staff

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! The other Yelp reviews are not lying. Was told on the phone that I may come in ANY day of the month (that I was eligible) for a free oil change. Purposely freed up my WHOLE day - Long and behold, they refuse to do it stating that I was not eligible. Then proceeded to direct me to the Sales Manager! Unbelievable. Keep in mind they were very rude the whole time and before I can state my case said, "your're not getting a free oil change" Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns!

my families new Rogue

I am a single father of three who was driving an old clunker. I went into Edison Nissan and met Stephen Leonardis who put us in a brand new Rogue within my budget. He went as far as arguing with his own boss to make it happen. We are so greatful for all he did and are now proud owners of a Rogue.

our new Rogue

Me and my 3 kids were in desperate need of a new car and walked into Edison Nissan and were greeted by stephen who walked us through the process and got us into a new rogue that fit our budget. So grateful for having met him. my kids are loving our new ride. Great place, great salesman.

2010 Nissan Versa Hatchback

My thanks to Fernando Santos and his staff for the exemplary work on my 2010 Nissan Versa Hatchback. After mistakes were made by two local mechanics and the wrong diagnosis from a local Nissan dealership he was able to repair my car and it operates like new. People should be acknowledged when they do a great job!

Unethical and more

Without going into too much detail, I want to provide a summary of my experience attempting to purchase a used vehicle from Edison Nissan. I am writing this review as a warning to any consumer who is considering doing business with Edison Nissan. They have proven themselves to me that they operate an unethical and borderline criminal car dealership. I don’t say this lightly, but on behalf of the consumer and consumer vulnerability, they need to be exposed for what they do. This is what occurred: The internet price for the vehicle was very attractive and a “GREAT DEAL!”, way below the cost of comparable vehicles. After deciding I wanted to pursue negotiations, I was presented with several hidden costs that made little sense. With that in mind, we still agreed on a bottom line price (including sales tax) that was below other comps, and decided to keep moving forward. Then I was told that the only way I could get this price was to finance through their dealership. I reluctantly agreed, because the price was still low enough to be considered a “GOOD DEAL”, even if I have to do some finance adjusting. After wasting a day of getting a bank check for a down payment and adding the new vehicle to my insurance policy I sat down with the Finance Manager. That is when the entire process spiraled out of control and clear attempts at fraud - with theft in mind, were exposed. The manipulation of numbers was illogical and riddled with lies. It was so bad that when I called him out, the finance manager could no longer look me in the eyes, as he was “cold busted” lying in an attempt to justify additional, previously undisclosed costs. In the end, I was close to $2,000 above the negotiated price. It was now a “BAD DEAL”. It was so bad, that it was laughable at the way they attempted to play me. I halted the deal, demanded my deposit check back, grabbed my other documents, and ran out of there. In my opinion, Edison Nissan is a DEN of THIEVES! Please beware.
