    Awesome, awesome! Seth Pitre, my sales person did an exceptional job. The sales manager, finance manager, and even the customer service manager was awesome. The all went above and beyond to make this happen, they even drove to Texas to finish the deal!! Great group of people!!!

    Let me start by saying I have no complaints whatsoever with the exception of the cleanliness of the car I purchased. Bob Baker did an awesome job of getting me in a vehicle. I was in and out with the sale completed within just a couple of hours. Everyone I've dealt with has been great! Thanks again!! Now for the cleanliness of my car. There was stuff on the inside of the windshield, on the dash and gauge cluster , something on a couple of the trim panels, something black on the passenger door and the trunk was full of sand/dirt. I understand that getting a vehicle cleaned up for delivery at 5pm on a Saturday can be difficult but I would think the car should've been cleaned before being put on the sales line. Well I was told to bring it back one day the following week and it would be taken care of. I went back on the following Friday. I was told it would be about 30 minutes which turned into over an hour. When I finally got my car back the stuff was still on the inside of the windshield and dash, the black stuff was still on the door and the trunk was still full of dirt. It basically looked like it had been sprayed of with a water hose. So rather than hang around for another hour or so... I left and cleaned my car myself. Great sales and finance staff but DON'T expect a clean car to be delivered after the sale is complete.

    I loved both of my salesman Sam and Wes. They got me in and worked until I was satisfied. The process was not long at all. I love my car it has great gas mileage especially the use for my field job. I give 5 stars!!!!

    The service is horrible! I got my Sedona 2015 and I have lots of issue about this car. First, I saw a cut on the leather back seat but I like the car so I got it. I told the sales person (Jonathan) so he made an appointment for me so that the service center will fix it. When I came back, the supervisor (Jack) told me that I need to make an appointment, I told him I did. I told the sales person about it but the supervisor(Jack) Insisted for me to come back the next week. The next problem I had was my windshield washer wasn't working. Also, the DVD can only be heard using the headphones ( It has only 2 headphones) so other passengers cannot hear anything. I went to the dealership during the Labor day but the service department was closed, so I made and appointment for Saturday. That time I spoke with Josh. He told me that they will take care of it when I come back Saturday. When I came back, Josh wasn't there, I spoke with the supervisor again named Jack. He told me, they only have few people working in the service so they cannot help fix my car's problem. He wanted me to come back again! The lady from the service department told me that the only way they can fix it is to bring the car during weekdays. They wanted me to come back and forth. It's a waste of time! Kia Shreveport needs to resolve this issue.

    I saw the Kia Sedona I bought on line and called. They said they had to make sure they had it and would call me back. I was suspicious because it was a new Sedona and cheaper than advertised locally but they called back right away and said it was there. We drove down and were in and out in about an hour which has to be a record. Thank you Wes for all of your help.

    Thanks Bob and Brian for taking good care of my wife when she bought the Optima!! We saw it on line and she was going to wait until I got there but they took very good care of her and the the discount price was on the website so... Everything is great and we love our car.

    My husband and I went down to this dealership on two seperate occasions to look at vehicles. We dealt with a salesmen names Ben, which for the circumstances was an ok guy. We test drove a couple of of vehicles while there. We decided to purchase one of these vehicles. After giving them our information we were greeted with a car that had been makes up considerably then what the sticker has shown. We were told that the vehicle we selected was missing the addendum sticker that should have been on the car. This addendum sticker had added $2,488 to the total of the vehicle for things like wheel locks, nitrogen in the tires and paint guard. A few other items, none of which were itemized. After telling the sales men several times that we would not pay this bogus markup. We discussed our trades, which they were not willing to give us low Kelley Blue Book. I wouldn't buy from this dealer. Please beware of their mark up's.
