I just picked my vehicle up Nov 24th last month to be exact 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I went in and asked before I drove off what exactly was done to my suv and asked for a copy of the paperwork with details. 2 weeks later I hear a tapping noise so I checked my oil and it was dry and nor did I have any coolant in my car. So they didn't even check my fluids at all. That is my second time dealing with their service center, they kept my truck 7 & 1/2 months to replace the "New transmission" that they say was bad that I paid $3,000 almost $4,000 for out of pocket just last October 2020 and they put it in. I spoke with the manager Jeremey this morning to let him know about the oil and fluids being empty in my truck. He tells me no oil consumption test was done I said well my paper says other wise and I was also told one was performed before I left nov 24th. I took my truck in this year the end of april because my truck wasn't shifting and it was consuming oil within 2 to 3 days and you mean to tell me Wilson had my vehicle just about 8 months and the only thing that was done is the replacement of my "brand new transmission" and a catalytic converter. Let me just say I asked why wasn't everything checked and why does my truck have NO oil. He couldn't answer my questions but to only to tell me I would have to bring my suv back pay for a oil change so they can start the oil consumption test process. wilson had my truck 7 & 1/2 months and I am told that I would have to come back pay for a oil change to start the oil consumption process when within 7 months all of this should have been taking care of! He was of no help and this is one of the worst service centers ever! he was so admin about letting me know they no longer except carsheild so I'd have to pay out of pocket for everything and especially a new motor if thats what I need. They did not do anything that they was suppose to be done but replace my transmission but didn't give a crap about my oil issues but he had the audacity to think I would bring my suv back pay for a oil change to start the process when all of that should've been done within the 7 months of the having it. I do not recommend them under any circumstance. All those months and Im still having problems with my vehicle. He did not for once apologize for the amount of time they had my suv nor for them not putting the fluids back in my car or about my same dam oil problems I am still having. AGAIN I JUST GOT MY TRUCK BACK NOV 24TH, 2021! I have a full time job and I am a full time student. I do not have the time to keep coming back and forth about my vehicle nor can I keep being late for work. no one there seems to care about the quality but if it was their wife, mom or daughter it would be a different story! I will be handling these issues accordingly because they do not seem to care about quality or their customers !
New Car Purchase
My salesman, Renier Stiglingh, was excellent. Took time to teach me all of the "bells and whistles" in my new Sonata. If you go to Wilson Hyundai to buy a car, ask for him. The whole car buying experience was fast, easy and pleasant.

Our salesman, John Cuatt, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we got the vehicle that was right for our needs with the amenities that we wanted. There was no pressure or aggressive tactics. We have taken 2 road trips and look very forward to many more.
You will regret buying from here
Bought a used car 5 months ago and have had nothing but issues. Sales side refuses to take any responsibility for selling a paper weight labeled as a car. Keep throwing it on the service center to fix the reoccurring issues that they just put a bandaid over, trying to make the car last until I’m out of my 45k mile warranty so they can push another car sale. Have had nothing but bad experiences with this entire company. Would NOT recommend.
