I would not suggest going to this car dealership whatsoever if you can stop from going. I went in and went to car salesman and asked about a particular car he gave me the rundown I agreed to drive the car and we went in and talked some numbers and they asked for my information so I gave them mine and my husband's and they told me that my husband didn't exist his social security number was wrong. They told me he did not have a credit score or that I am giving them a wrong social security number for my husband so I recited it to them in my head not looking at the card I gave the car salesman all my information and I asked them can you please look it over or bring me the finance paperwork so I can see if it is typed in correctly which they should take offense to that because I shouldn't have to check their work! However, I didn't get to see the report or the computer to see if my information was typed in correctly so I can inform them because they weren't open to me checking it which was kind of fishy if you ask me but then I asked for a printout so I can contact Experian to get my husband's social security number straightened out or figured out and see why he didn't have a credit score. They didn't give me any paperwork while I was there until I was leaving when I was leaving they gave me a credit profile report and it states my first and my last name is spelled wrong my husband's first and my husband's last name was spelled wrong my husband's social security number was typed in incorrectly and all they had to do was confirm with the copies they took from me which they didn't do obviously... They got offended because I wanted to check and see what information they had entered into their system because I didn't believe them I was not confrontational I was polite but they were very secretive about what was on there paperwork and computer which was a little weird to me because that's my information that they have this store is doing bad business scamming their customers and they're not competent at their jobs. I asked the salesman do you want me to double check to make sure everything was put in right I also asked the finance manager can I check anything to make sure that you have the right information they weren't having it they didn't want anybody telling them that they were wrong that's how they acted it was a disgrace and for how much vehicles are these days they should be a lot more careful and fire that finance manager because he is no finance manager typing in the wrong name and social security number and not letting a customer check what a joke. I'm very embarrassed for them hopefully they can get their act together and get a new finance manager maybe a new general manager so they can get there little ducks in a row they made me want to buy a vehicle just cash outright because of all this! Pathetic
They repo with belongings and keep!!!
They keep your belongings when they repo!!!! They laugh at you and walk away! They lie, cheat and steal from their customers! They are crooks!

If you want great customer service with people who truly care come here. I will NEVER shop anywhere else. They worked with my credit and made sure I was happy. Gary is the guy to go to.
F250 Ford diesel
As soon as I saw the F250 that caught my eye i stopped and peeked through the window a salesman came by and handed me the key and let me look inside the truck. Mr. Christopher Gibson asked me to crank it up and take it for a spin. He treated me and my family with top notch respect. He is a huge asset to this car dealer. Very Knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend Chris as your salesman.
Horrible
Worst place to get a vehicle in Midland they openly admitted after I bought the car that all they do is buy them at actions and put them right out on the lot after I bought a GMC Terrain and had one problem with it. They will sell you a lemon if they can. As soon as I called the owner jimmy to tell him of an issue it was having the weekend after I bought it he already knew exactly what was wrong with it and why it was doing it. I had to argue with the people at their service center when I took it in that Monday because they wanted to charge me to look at it and 17 other codes popped up and they wouldn’t let me return it or get my money back and I’ve been having serious problems with it ever since it just completely gave out on me and I haven’t had it but 3 months

My biggest concern was my APR, they were able to get me a great rate on the truck. Jerry did a great job helping me out.
