Absolute worst experience at a dealership ever in my

Absolute worst experience at a dealership ever in my life. Made an appointment to look at a truck. When I showed up, they said the guy wasn’t there and someone else helped me. He couldn’t find the key and I sat there with my wife and newborn for over 40 minutes. He came back and said well could go look at it if he couldn’t find the key and then walked off. I decided I wasn’t going to wait anymore so I left. When I was leaving the guy came up to me (don’t even know his name because he didn’t have a name tag on that had his name on it) and asked me what the problem was. I said I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes and you haven’t even offered me anything or to look at the car. And he said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you were thirsty.” Every dealership I’ve ever been at offers you stuff multiple times. Can’t believe the thought never crossed his mind the 40 minutes I was there. Guess he was busy doing something else more important than selling a car. He then told me that he was just helping out someone else who wasn’t there. And? I’m here now and ready to buy a car. What would you have done if I was a walk in without an appointment? Meanwhile, these two other sales people were loudly cussing and talking bad about other customer’s credit and those who denied extended warranty. I can’t believe a customer who was ready to not only buy but also finance a car was treated so poorly. I highly suggest you look somewhere else for a vehicle. Don’t bring your family to this place.

My mother and I had a WONDERFUL sales experience with Ainsley Evans! She is a very impressive young sales professional. Ainsley was caring, attentive, knowledgeable,thorough and patient the WHOLE time and EVERY single time including after we purchased. You have a gem in her! Thank you, Ainsley!

I have taken my vehicle to be Chevyland service 5 times

I have taken my vehicle to be Chevyland service 5 times for the same issue dating back to 2022. Each time, I am told that they replaced a part, and the issue is resolved but few months later, I am back with the same issue. Service manager Josh has been very rude and disrespectful throughout this time. He is nearly unreachable by phone, doesn’t return phone calls, and when you walk in his office, he doesn’t listen or understand customer issues because he knows everything. I would not recommend Chevyland service to anyone!

Calvin was amazing to work with!

Calvin was amazing to work with! We found a vehicle online, talked numbers, made the purchase and Chevyland delivered it to our home. I highly recommend Calvin and Sales manager Josh.

My husband and I had a great experience at Chevyland

My husband and I had a great experience at Chevyland thanks to Sean Riley in the service department. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer service, but Sean made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for him!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and received

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and received the BEST service from Justin. He exceeded my expectations. He made me aware of other issues regarding my vehicle. Gave me a quote and educated me on the best ways to take care of these issues. This is not the first time I had the pleasure of working with him. The first time was awesome as well but after today I was compelled to write a review. I am so impressed with his courtesy and professionalism and wanted to let everyone know. Thank you Justin.

If you are looking for a great vehicle and price to match go see Jordan Gatlin. He is amazing salesman, he made the whole process so easy, he explained all the bells and whistles on our 2025 Blazer. Jordan had everything taken care of, all we had to do was sign. Thank you again Jordan Gatlin!!!!
