I bought a truck purchased the warranty and now my truck has failed me and the warranty or the dealership won't fix it i have to call instead of being... called with updates service and sales are bever on the same page
No response to inquiry about an used car. I used to be a customer, but their customer service and follow-up now rates a "0". There must of been a change... in management as things have changed over the past 10 years for the worst. That can happen to a company and I am disappointed.

I went down to Somerset from Louisville blind as to what type of dealership it was, and honestly, it was great. The staff let me take the truck out for... a spin (even in the rain), then went over the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicle for my needs. We got rolling on numbers pretty quickly, and after a quick back-and-forth, we settled on a number that everybody could live with. The whole thing was pretty painless, and I'd recommend the dealership to anyone.
We contacted this facility about several cars that they had offered on the net. We were told that these vehicles were still available. We drove to their... location in the next County. We asked for our contact and waited for him to arrive as they have several lots. No problem! We ask about the vehicles that we contacted them about and he said he didn’t know. We followed him to the lot where the used cars were located and was then told that neither car was available and had probably been sold that day already. We looked at other vehicles in our price range and one of the cars wouldn’t start. He told us he would go and get the charger and start it for us. Instead, he comes back with keys for another car and says, he couldn’t find the charger! All in all- we wasted our time at this location and do not advise anyone else to waste theirs either!
I AM SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE. SOMETIMES GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND. I AM CONFIDENT IN MY STAFF NOW IF WE CAN HELP IN THE FUTURE.
Very rude on the phone, would not recommend doing business with them. They were not interested in giving information. Acted as if it was an imposition.
They won't contact me back after I emailed them to see if the vehicle was available. I also filled out the credit app on their site. Heard nothing back.... They aren't worth your effort. 0/5 starts.

I was told I could meet with someone at 2. When I got there I had to wait. I was told a vehicle I was interested in was in good shape. It was in the shop.... I was told another vehicle was in good shape. It was on another lot, the person I spoke had never seen it.

Unprofessional customer service. Asked about a truck and received a very bland response. Didn't even answer my question, just tells me that they sold the... truck yesterday but they decide to keep the post on cars.com

I seems this is a chronic problem with this company. Not to mislead with my answer of why I visited the dealer, I only visited them online but would have... driven the 3+ hours to Somerset if they had called me as requested.
Emailed dealer about a Cadillac SRX and never heard back, not even an email. Might have been sold but a courtesy reply would have been nice.
