I was in need of a car, so a friend recommend Automax to me. I was introduced to David Knight since he was the salesman who helped her during the buying of her suv. David was attentive to my needs and allowed me alone time to browse their lot without any pressure. I went to Automax with no expectations since I had no idea what kind of car I wanted. I let David know what type of payment I was looking for and he showed me which vehicles I would qualify for. He was very knowledgeable of vehicles he showed me. I did find a car that was me! During the sales process I still felt no pressure and things went smoothly. This entire process was faster than any purchasing of a car in the past. David n my personality meshed well since he is as low key as myself..David was friendly, knowledgeable, calm and professional. The only draw back was once I left the lot with the car, I wished time had been available to show me how all the features operated. I'm now using trial and error and having to read owner manual to learn all the options. This has been time consuming. The finance manager, Billy was professional,friendly, and already had the paperwork prepared for me The negative experience was even by end of paperwork signing and my leaving with car, Billy was unable to tell me what financial institution would be handling my loan. Overall my experience was a good one and I'd recommend David Knight as one to handle the sale of a car. Billy had my paperwork completed in a very timely manner and he was comfortable and friendly. Two days after having the car I returned to the dealership to give them proof of residence, Billy spoke with me informing me of what financial institution would be handling my loan and because of this my interest rate dropped and I was offered a 3 year/36k mile bumper to bumper warranty and my loan would be paid off 18 months sooner. I feel Billy had my best interest in mind and I've walked away with a very positive experience with the help of Billy & David's hard work. I highly recommend them if you go to Automax to purchase a car!

Spend a few hours with Isaac Kinlock and he was the best!!! Thought I was talking with a friend. made me and my daughter's time here looking for a car, not as hectic as it could have been.
