My new ride!

Great customer service. Car salesman were very helpful and knowledge. Then salesman made the process very quick and easy. All around amazing experience.

Can't beat the service and hospitality.

Auto maxx is probably the best dealership I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of buying a used car from auto max of Summerville ask for Toney. He was very pleasant to work with and was very professional. A+++++ service!

I purchased my car from them and received a lifetime...

I purchased my car from them and received a lifetime warranty. The true warranty is when you have a problem their service department can not fit you in and when you call your saleperson or the sales manager for help they do not return calls either. They were really friendly until the car was sold. Since then they were horrible. Will not recommend them.

Bought a vehicle for my daughter last year 3 months later...

Bought a vehicle for my daughter last year 3 months later we started to hear a noise from under the hood. She took back to have checked out, it was the water pump, which was covered. They had a rental brought to us and when it was finished they returned it for us. Cost for repair was $112, $100 ( the deductible per repair) and $12 because they called and asked about replacing the belt and I opted to do that. The experience was good enough I purchased a vehicle a few months later for myself.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BIGGEST SNAKES, CROOKS,...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BIGGEST SNAKES, CROOKS, DISRESPECTFUL AND LIARS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY HEARTLESS. PLEASE NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THESE PEOPLE WILL PUT YOU THROUGH COMPLETE xxxx. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. I HAD MY VEHICAL FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS WHEN MY TRANSMISSION FAILED. I HAD TO BRING IT TO THEM, HAD TO PAY OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR THE RENTAL CAR THAT I WAS TOLD WOULD BE COVERED AND GOT TREATED, LITERALLY, LIKE I WAS WORTH LESS THAN A PIECE OF DIRT.

Excellent Customer Service

Looking for a used car?? This is definitely the place to go. They are there for you through the whole process. When they say they will get you in a car, they mean it. You may have to wait a little while but good things come to those who wait. James is a great salesman. He answered any and all questions that I had about the vehicle and the warranty. I am definitely referring them to all of my friends for their next car.
