Purchased 2012 A3 Hatchback in Feb 2020

Dealt with Adam Warnke who was completely honest with me including paint, curbed wheels, interior, etc. We drove from Twin Falls, ID to pick up so I didn't want to waste the drive and Adam made it a pleasure since he was so honest with me over the phone. Would go to him if buying used vehicle again!

Love my new car!

I drove from Seattle and bought a beautiful VW Beetle! I absolutely love it. I called a day in advance and the car was ready for me when I arrived- clean and ready to go! The buying process was very seamless and quick. I’d highly recommend buying a car from here! (The only bummer is the car didn’t have any car mats or owners manuals which have cost me hundreds of dollars to replace).

BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership about 6 months ago today. Within the first day after purchasing a noticed a weird vibration at 35mph. After a couple more days go by the engine light comes on. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in and that they are sure its nothing serious. When i brought it in i was told the problem was fixed. When picking up the car i immediately realized the problems were not fixed. I took it into a Grimms auto service and they told me i was going to need to get a fully new transmission which was going to cost around $3,000. I brought the quote to luxury and they told us we were on our own and that it was not there fault they sold us a car with a bad transmission. Within 6 months of owning the car i have had to come up with $5,000 in repairs. They have 0 customer service and DO NOT back the cars they sale. Save your time and money and purchase a car elsewhere. They will do anything to sell you a car and to try to get you to buy a warranty that doesn't cover all the costs puts you out even more money.

Be aware of lies

Customers, be aware and look up good their cars, the like to post wrong information of their cars also we were looking for a Range Rover Sport witch the had one posted for one price after we checked the car and I liked it, suddenly price went up for $2500. What kind of business is that, about the customer service I don’t even want to start..

Great Experience and Friendly Staff

We were looking for a used Toyota Highlander and found a very reasonably priced one at Luxury Sport Auto. We went to test drive it and found that the inside of the vehicle was not very clean and had possible crayon markings on the ceiling and the sides of the back doors of the vehicle. When we discussed that we would probably not purchase the vehicle d/t the inside, Casey our sales associate went out of his way to get it detailed for us. They did a wonderful job and we ended up purchasing the Highlander and we love it. Casey was never pushy and he was personable. Greg in financing was very efficient and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great car at a great price and friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, Great service

I was in the market for my first truck ever, I searched long and hard for a great used truck that was in my price range. I finally found one that was at Luxury Sport Auto. I emailed them and they got back to me right away. So I then filled out the pre-qualifying credit application, went in and test drove the truck(fell in love), and I was in and out of there within an hour. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. My phone’s battery was dying so then lent me their own personal charger. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

HAPPY!!!

Both Matt and Jared were easy to work with, and patient with us as we evaluated the details of the vehicle we were considering. Pricing was fair, and the condition of these used vehicles was much better than most from other dealers. They have a great selection overall, and for someone who normally hates the whole car buying experience, this was pleasant overall

Go to a real dealership

Worst experience ever, if i could give them no stars I would. I helped my friend get his car from them because he is in the military and was deployed. He needed a vehicle when he had returned. We had a great conversation and bought the car. We found and issues and then they said they were going to fix a window problem before sending the car out. The window was never fixed and it was near impossible to get a hold of anyone that could be remotely helpful. When we finally got a hold of them they said fix it and send them the bill. The bill was sent to them after the window was fixed and its been over a month. I've heard nothing from them and no one would give us a call back. When we go into the office they said they need to talk to the owner, and nothing comes from it afterward. I saw car that I was looking for on CarGuru.com and i saw it was from them. It was an instant turn off and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go out there even it is the vehicle they were looking for. I would rather pay more for a car than go back there.

Terrible service

Bought a vehicle from out-of-state. This was our third time buying a vehicle sight unseen and the only time we have had a bad experience. Our other two vehicles were purchased from large dealerships. Our transaction with Luxury Sport Auto was difficult from the very beginning but they had, in their possession, one of a handful of cars we were interested in. Our contract was not sent in a timely manner and was received three days later instead of overnight. When it came time for shipping, over a week went by between them receving our money and them arranging shipping (after we called three to four times to express the urgency of us receiving the car). We finally received the car almost three weeks after we paid them for the car. Also, we asked them to go over the car for any cosmetic defects or odors and we were assured there was none of either. Upon receipt of the car, it smelled heavily of perfume and worst of all, it had a broken knob on the rear climate control and multiple scratches at eye level on the rear liftgate. It also appears the rear bumper was repainted at some point as the color doesn't match the car. None of this was disclosed. Communication was so poor throughout that we weren't sure we'd even receive the car. Would not recommend an out of state transaction with this dealer EVER.
