As a first-time dealership buyer, I expected the horror stories I’ve always heard—but my experience at Germain Mazda of Columbus was the complete opposite. Donovan Donovan was fantastic and helped me find the perfect Mazda CX-5 for my needs and personality. Mike Mike made the financial side simple and straightforward with minimal negotiation. The entire team took great care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend Germain Mazda of Columbus—they’ve earned my loyalty.

Kristopher James was my initial contact and salesperson and he absolutely is fantastic! He listens and hears what I wanted not just ia car but in the entire experience and does an excellent job! Engaging, warm and with a good sense of humor. I recommend Mazda and especially working with him.

Toni in the service department was very friendly and
Toni in the service department was very friendly and helpful. Also while waiting for my car to be finished, one of the salesmen David took time to make conversation ( despite me being there for an oil change, not a purchase ). 10/10 recommend- Will be returning!
