Service...service....service

The sincerity with which I was shown. The CD/Radio was inoperative and there was NO hesitation from the service personnel that it was under warranty. Also the "extra" effort shown ensuring that all my needs were met.

Great experience

Chuk who spotted me while I was looking in the parking lot was a great help from start to finish. I never felt pressured and it was an enjoyable experience. It was nice that I had several cars to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and I was encouraged to have several people come by to introduce themselves. Thank you for the great service.

great salesman

My salesman was very professional and was able to get me the car that I want without any of the hassle. He sold me the car that I wanted and not the car he wanted to sell.

While visiting Danville, my Sprinter RV had a warning lite in the dash indicating a malfunction, my Inlaws recommended you. The Service Writer Staff worked like a team, best I've ever experienced!! They got the job done quickly and worked with my extended warrantee company to get it covered.....I departed your dealership thing "wow that was easy"

Great service. Clean facilities. Good coffee

The sales person, Chuks, approached us in a respectful manner. He asked what we were looking for in an automobile and really LISTENED to our wants and needs, no company sales "push". We were shown several cars within the parameters of our search, driving several with lengthy discussions regarding the particular vehicle we drove. He spent hours assisting us in our search, including "teaching" us how the latest safety items functioned. Chuks had no apparent deadline to meet, just the responsibility to find THE car to suit our needs. The most outstanding impression I had/have of this sales experience is that all discussion, test driving, etc. was directed to both my husband and I. Many sales personnel direct "sales talk" to the male, not the female....a mere appendage to the person-of-interest. This Mercedes Dealership makes all parties feel welcome.

Joshua in sales makes the Mercedes magic happen.

Joshua was our salesman for our third vehicle at this dealership this year. Finance and closing staff again stayed late to close the deal and clean the car. Excellent job in sales and also in service department on all our cars. The free carwashes for life is a great plus too! All the staff is very servicce oriented.
