I searched from Jackson, MS to Memphis, TN to find a good deal on a Honda Odyssey and Walker Honda in Alexandria had it. After talking to a "smooth" salesman at another dealer in Jackson, MS, it was nice to work with Matt Fonteno, who was down to earth and answered my questions. Matt took pictures of the Odyssey to show me the tiny problems it had, so I would know what I was getting before driving the 4.5 hours to see and purchase the car. He even was able to get his service team to fix a minor problem before we signed the deal at 5:15 on a Friday. We drove 4.5 hours to buy from Matt and would do it again. Thanks!

Dear Walker Honda. Thank you for made my experience with you so AMAZING. It was my first visit to this dealer and I asked for the "Lucky Sales Representative", Mr. Bryan Normand was the one. Knowing what I was looking for I explain to Him and He didn't let me go until I was behind my new wheels. I was in shock neither have the time to say goodbye to my old but amazing "partner trip" my old car. All the staff that help me with my request worked great and I got the deal that fit my budget. We have bought several cars from other dealerships in the last few years. My experience at walker honda was by far one of the easiest, stress less, and pleasant experiences we've had. Their price for our slightly used vehicle was the lowest I could find anywhere! Our salesman Bryan Normand was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership stamp on the back of the vehicle is always the first thing we take off when we get home. However, this time I have no problem advertising for Walker Honda! This was the right vehicle at the right price for my son, his wife and my 3 grandbabies. The buying experience was very relaxed and professional and the price was spot on. I had done my homework and we got a very good price and we were in and out in 90 minutes. Our salesman was honest and easy to work w/ and we got exactly what we need for a family of five. My daughter-in-law was very pleased and after dinner asked if the(the family) could just drive around while my son a Doctor of Chiropractic sat in the back w/ his girls and they watched a Disney movie and in the far back seat the oldest who is 6 played a video game and her father joined in. It's a great riding, easy handling vehicle w/ a multitude of features and good gas mileage, but for me it's the safety features that sold me on this vehicle. They are my family and I would want them in any other vehicle!

I am a fifty-seven year old mechanic and lifelong gearhead - which means I am not always the easiest man to please when it comes to machinery. My search for a good used vehicle for my wife led me to Walker Honda, where I went with some trepidation, as my past experiences with salesmen have caused me to be extra cautious - because I've found they don't always know what they are talking about! I was nicely surprised in dealing with Matt Fontenot, however, and he obviously wasn't bothered by my Cynical Old Man approach to the situation. He answered all of my questions very satisfactorily, emailed me photos of the automobile before any had even appeared on their website, and inspired me to make an eighty-five mile drive to see it in person. We had a nice visit while I examined that vehicle - which I purchased after less than thirty minutes on the premises. I also enjoyed doing the paperwork with Misty Campbell as we chatted about various things we had in common. All in all, it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction, certainly nothing like I had expected. (As a matter of fact, when I first noticed they had glued a Walker Automotive badge on the trunk lid, I was slightly annoyed - thinking that would be the first thing to come off after we drove it home. But now I am rather proud to display it there, and that is where it will stay!)
