I bought a 2003 Mazda 6 from Raider Nation. I should have paid a mechanic to inspect it. A check engine light came on for a variable valve solenoid. I... took it back to Raider Nation intending to get my check back however I instead let them try to rectify the situation. The solution was to take out a warranty and make a claim, the insurance company saw through the bs and denied the claim but refunded the purchase price to me which helped pay for the new engine. Upon putting the new engine in, it was discovered that the main catalytic converter was cut out and replaced with a straight pipe, regardless if this was the previous owner or not, it was recent as the pipe was very clean and the welds had little rust. Nebraska doesn't have emission testing but beware of what you may be buying.
Hello Dave. We are sorry for you buying experience, and we see no mention of the positive experience your parents had when buying their Mazda Tribute ...from us. When posting negative feedback, perhaps it would be better to include the entire story. Since you purchased a warranty with the vehicle, and it did not cover repairs, perhaps it is the warranty company who should receive negative reviews? While we do everything we can to assure that our vehicles are road ready, ultimately they are used vehicles. As an educated buyer, you would also know that responsibility for the vehicle is assumed by you when you leave the lot. We apologize for your experience and assure you it is not the norm.

Really friendly lady, no rushing, got to test drive as long as i wanted. But Car broke down the next day, engine got a knock and now i have to pay for... a new one. My fault for getting the car as-is. Like the other guy said, look for other places with warrantys.
We are very sorry that you had issues with the car. The vehicle in question was thoroughly inspected and serviced by a mechanic before you came to tak...e delivery of the car. As I am sure you are aware, most used car dealerships sell their inventory "AS-IS". It is impossible to predict how anyone will treat a vehicle after it leaves our premises. You were offered the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty when you were here. You declined. Perhaps you should have contacted us with your issues before leaving unfavorable feedback all over the internet.
Vehicle has issues ONE day after purchase. Dealer would not fix it. Take your business and money elsewhere.
Perhaps you should have purchased an extended warranty, or identified yourself to us. We do not recall receiving a call from you. We go to great lengt...hs to service our vehicles. They are sold as is because they are used, and things can go wrong. You should probably consider buying new next time.
