So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on
the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. Wanted to do a cash deal on a used srt8, there trade in guy was absolutely horrible on there trade in price, people probably don't look at what there
actually giving u for your trade most people just look at monthly payments and the car lots no this! Not me they where not even on the black book!! What a joke! Buyers make sure you look real good at your trade in number and check it with nada or Kelly blue book!
I purchased this car about 1 month ago with 25k miles. Less than 100 miles after the purchase the check engine light came on. Took it into the Fiat de
aler and they said it had an evap code error. They cleared the code and said it should just be a loose gas gap or something. 100 miles later, light comes on again. Take it back to Fiat and they update the ECU and clear the code. 100 miles later the code is back. I take it in again and they replace the gas cap. Guess what, that did not work either. Now I have taken the car in for the 4th time and they have had it for 3 days (and counting). I have owned the car 36 days and it has been in the shop for 6 days and counting. I am sure Ed Martin must have encountered this same issue and instead of fixing it just cleared the code and passed the head ache to me.
My Over all Review of this dealership was great, good salesmen, worked with Jeremy, a wonderful young man. I will definitely purchase another new jeep

Took new Ram truck in for warranty repairs, Has been at the dealer twice and awaiting a third appointment. When I purchased the truck I was told they
had extended service hours. Found out you can't make any appointment after 4 in the afternoon. Made an appointment for a Saturday and after I arrived was told they had no one capable of making the repair on a Saturday. Waiting for a third appointment. Terrible service for a new car customer. Buying experience was good but service is terrible. Will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer due to the service department.
