Go see Alex G!

Go see Alex G! Run don't walk. Alex did not rush me. Took his time to answer every question. Did not upsell me nor sway me to make a different decision than what I wanted. He did not change numbers or use sales pitches. I made my own decision and felt I could have left without a car without being pushed. Turns out I got the car that I want with the numbers that I was already fully aware of. Alex made the process simple and continually asked if I understood and needed or wanted anything. I will refer him for sure!!! A+++ service We will definitely be back.

Go see Alex G! Run don't walk. Alex did not rush me. Took his time to answer every question. Did not upsell me nor sway me to make a different decision than what I wanted. When other MB dealers fall "very" short, especially Miami, MB of N. Palm Beach has always come through for me. 2nd to none customer service especially Ariel Lopez and the entire management team. They are a class act!!!

Should you think "Mercedes Me" will help you - forget it.

Should you think "Mercedes Me" will help you - forget it. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours and they never showed up. It is a totally sham service. We had to finally call the police in Palm Beach to rescue us when our 2021 Mercedes AMG 63 totally locked us out of the car. Allowed me to open the back door to throw in my purse (cell and $) and then totally LOCKED UP. No one from the Mercedes Me. or the dealership (North Palm Beach) could/would help us.

Unethical sales practices.

f I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Over the weekend, I entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle at full list price with no financing or modifications needed from MCB of North Palm Beach. When I called in this morning to complete the transaction and wire funds, the dealer told me that they'd decided to show a local client before letting me close the agreement which is a big no-no when someone has already committed to buying a vehicle. The car sales manager was aggressive and rude and said they only wanted local business and I felt discriminated against throughout the process as they made multiple references to me not being "a local" which is of no significance when buying a car. They also misgendered me and referred to me as Ms. (see screenshot) in communications... just all around unprofessional behavior from this dealer. The GM Paul was very aggressive and condescending and used me as a bargaining chip to bring in a local customer. AVOID this dealership, they are unethical, use shady tactics and do not honor business agreements made.

Have gotten several cars from this store. Frank Vacaro is the best!! Nice guy and very patient. Answers all your questions. Make the whole experience great!!!!

In short; I had a Service Appt for a recall on my

In short; I had a Service Appt for a recall on my Sprinter 3500, when I arrived I was told they could not perform the work, no explanation. I spoke to the Service Director who assured me a return call, did not receive that so I followed up. That "Service Director" was no longer with the company, hence I spoke to the Service Mgr, and again I am told they cannot perform the recall! No explanation as to why, no explanation as to what exactly the recall is for. Poor communication, poor honestly, poor service skills. I am a realistic person and know how busy(and thankless) service departments can be. But at the very least be forthcoming and explain WHY you cannot or WILL NOT perform a SAFETY RECALL. I would not expect this service from Mercedes, Step up to the plate New Country, and put a microscope on your service processes! I did get the following email from Joy, the Service Mgr this morning; Good morning Kate, Sorry for the delay on this email. I contacted MBUSA and was advised we can NOT perform this recall at this moment. I am sorry for any inconvenience Thank you, Joy Rivas Service Manager Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach New Country: fix your dealership!

Good people Good service (except for phone response) TERRIBLE PHONE ANSWERING SERVICE It is a shame to have a potentially great business lose credibility based on response to customers calls.
