    I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever... met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.

    35 years with Mercedes and this is the worst service ever I can't believe Mercedes would allow this

    I just got back my Mercedes SUV and it is riding like it's brand new again! Plus, it's sparkling clean and looks like it's being driven off the lot for... the first time. Ashley is a smart and detailed service advisor. Highly recommend her, Shawn and the entire service team.

    Great experience buying a new SL convertible. Sales agent Mike Egan is first-rate: conscientious, personable, a good listener and very knowledgeable.

    EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle... current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.

    Just bought a 2017 E300 from David House. It was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. David is incredibly knowledgeable and personable.... No pressure at all. The other staff members we encountered were all courteous and friendly. We will definitely purchase cars from him in the future and recommend him highly!

    I was looking to purchase a pre owned 2104-2105 S550. We waited for someone to come out and no one ever did. They were not busy at all. I guess I did not... fit there profile of someone who could afford a Mercedes. We visited other dealers down south and were treated wonderfully.

    Exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire process was unlike any other car purchase I've ever made. My salesman, Justin Brown, went above... and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Mercedes - Benz of North Palm Beach.

    Firstly, excellence is the quality that is, sadly, in short supply in this world. Which is why it is so powerful and impressive when you come across it;... especially, when you come across it unexpectedly. Secondly, while driving a brand new car is, certainly, pleasant, the process of buying a new car is, typically, not an enjoyable experience by any stretch of the imagination. I'm here to share that I have experienced excellence and actually enjoyed the process of selecting and purchasing my new Mercedes at the Mercedes of North Palm Beach, all due to one person - Justin Brown. From the very first handshake to the moment I drove off of their lot, everything worked perfectly. Justin had great attitude, was polite and attentive, but never aggressive or pushy. He knew the product, was available to answer any questions, and helped me pick the best car with perfect options. Finally, he got me an excellent price (I checked), and the negotiation was earnest and quick, without any games or gimmicks. What more can you ask for?
