The car showed up on Carfax on a Sunday, and I purchased

The car showed up on Carfax on a Sunday, and I purchased a 92 Mercedes-Benz 300 E, sight unseen, from this company because of the positive reviews. My interactions with the salesman were great, as I asked a plethora of questions about the condition of the car (things functioning, leaks, paint condition, etc). I felt comfortable enough after receiving videos (confirming no paint fade and that the paint was in good condition) and pictures that the condition was acceptable, and I paid for the vehicle over the phone and had it shipped. I specifically asked if the paint was faded, cracked, peeling etc, and the answer was no. To my surprise, when I first saw the car, it had me thinking the salesman was blind. The paint is sun baked and badly cracked on the top areas (hood, roof and trunk) and is also heavily faded in those spots. The car will need a full strip and repaint. I’ve purchased from online dealers, Bring a Trailer, Cars & Bids, and The MB Market and all of those sellers were upfront with their vehicles, telling me of the defects. This dealer did not do that. Had I known I’d need to spend at least $3,000 for a full paint job, I would have passed on the car because new paint jobs never come out good. The dealer says the $1,500 discount was sufficient; the discount was for the non-operable vacuum pods in the dash that required 8-16 hours of disassembly/reassembly. The videos didn’t show any paint defects, nor did the pictures, and the salesman said NOTHING about the defects when clearly the paint was in horrible condition. $6,500 for the car, $1,500 for shipping and now to find reputable shop to fix the paint that I wasn’t expecting to have done. Again, the pictures nor videos showed ANY defects. I don’t know how my camera and eyes are able to get what theirs didn’t. I’ve lost faith in online dealers now and will stick to Bring a Trailer or the like. Will not do business with again.

I highly recommend Ozzy’s Car Company!

I highly recommend Ozzy’s Car Company!! I had been searching for a car since November of 2024, after I hit two Elk heading to Cascade to pick my son up from baseball practice. I totaled my car, but came out of it unharmed, had lots of emotional trauma due to the severity of the accident. I had just bought my Subaru Outback in April of 2024, and now I had to look for another one. After a long search, and lots of patience, I had narrowed it down to three. It came down to reviews of each dealership and what they had to offer. I loved seeing all the positive comments at Ozzy’s, but still wasn’t sure until I met Yuriy and Ozzy. They were very friendly and a young man greeted us the moment we arrived. Yuriy, was my car salesman. He was very personable and genuine. I felt very comfortable and heard. They also guaranteed the car for thirty days. I bought my Subaru from Ozzy’s!! I love it! Thank you Ozzy and Yuriy! The car is everything you said it would be.

Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. We were driving 5 hrs so he did a live walk threw showing me the good bad and ugly. Everything was as advertised. We bought the car drove it home 5 hours and she's beautiful my wife and I are very happy. I would by another car from them anytime.

Great experience very happy .

Great experience very happy . Made a few calls and drove 5 hrs and before we came all that far Lucas walked us through the car told us everything that was good and maybe bad. Car was everything adverted. Process was so easy and the staff was great. Would buy another car from them. I also needed two keys and he was going to split the cost witch was cheaper than I could. Pulled out the wallet to pay and he said he's got it. My wife and I are very excited and proud to own a Cadillac Escalade. Thank you guys again for everything. You Rock!!!!!

Made arrangements to purchase a vehicle. Texted salesman for purchase order and was told they sold the vehicle from underneath me. Then get a text the next day that they still had the vehicle… Shady!

I had an excellent experience at Ozzy’s! Ozzy and Kross were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to understand my needs and offered great options within my budget. I had a senser go out and they had the problem fixed right away. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY. They ask top dollar for absolute rubbish. They make you feel as if you’re getting a good deal and are very nice, but all just a fasad. Go elsewhere, anywhere but here!

Do not buy from Ozzys

Bought a car for 25000 dollars here car has had so many issues one after another they fixed one and I wanted to see if there was my thing else wrong and took it to a shop and the told me I was better of getting new car
