Unfortunately a brief search on this group will uncover a lot of unhappy customers. I could go into a very detailed review of my experience but who cares?... At the end of the day Randy will say anything to make the deal but watch the promises fade once the money crosses the table. Very low integrity people here.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! They lie about everything! We were told they would put new tires on car (Lie) and then when pressed by us they said... they would send us money for tires (LIE). It's been over 3 weeks since they said "The check is in the mail" and nothing has come. I put a review up before and when they said they would send us money for the tires they asked if I would "take the review off" and we agreed........still no money!!!!! If I would have known how much they lied I would have shopped somewhere else for a car.
This review is long over due... Stopped by to inquire about an infinity, spoke with Jose Rivera and was extremely professional and polite, a true asset... to California Motors Direct in Stanton! To make a long story short, he worked some magic to get me into the car I wanted! He was great to deal with and I would not hesitate to send people their way. Thank you Jose Rivera, made me a happy customer!
They had that one Explorer that I was looking for, had my cousin to come out and check it out for me... I called numerous times, left numerous messages,... they were selling it for $11,599 and, but the one time I did speak with someone, they wanted to charge me another thousand dollars for them to insure it with their fancy insurance, and more money for some weird fees, also charge me for inspection tags, and smog testing... I was going to have it shipped to my state that doesn't require any of it... BUT, I offer $11,500, they never answered, responded, by phone or emails and now, I get all this stupid flyers, special of the day, flyers from them, and politely asked them to stop sending me them, and since then, still sending them.. I even unsubscribe them, but they have my email, and bothering me since WE couldn't make a deal... NOW I don't have the vehicle that I wanted... VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! BUYERS BEWARE, ask all questions, asked them for fees and so on... Be careful with sending them your emails...
Quick and easy plus super low price. Dealer added lots of fees but car has been excellent! Would buy again but would argue fees better.
I left them a message if the vehicle was negotiated and got a response back, yes, I asked what number, no response, made an offer, still no response. The... vehicle is still on the lot. Do they want to sell it ?

Was interested in buying a 2001 Tacoma that was very reasonable priced. I took time off from my busy schedule and went to the dealership to check it out.... It was in bad condition. AC not working, body damage and torn/dirty upholstery. Even though with all these issues, I felt the price was still reasonable and I still wanted to make a deal. Since they were busy with other customers, I was told to come back another day! After contacting them few days later about my interest about the vehicle, I was told the vehicle is sold with a deposit paid the night before. I feel they are unfair and unprofessional. Assuming that I showed interest in the vehicle first, they should have given me an opportunity to purchase this vehicle or at least let me know there are other interested potential buyers when I visited their dealership. I was willing to buy it that day I physically checked it out and drive it off their lot. I wasn't given the opportunity to make a deal or even have a conversation with any sales associate. I felt I was brushed off and they were not interested in earning my business. Horrible service but great selection and reasonable prices on vehicles so I'll give then a 5 star for that!
I don't know it that even i dealership . I went to see car no body talked to me i went inside he gave me the key. He didn't even tell me where is the car.... When i got to the car, it was so derty. They key wasn't even working. I thought it was joke !!!!!
Very very good place for by a car,I will recommend my friends to find their cars
