Buyer beware.... Once they have your money, you are WORTHLESS to your salesman and the entire dealership. I had a vehicle shipped out of state, and they... took a month to send the title to my local DMV. After making 3 appointments to go and have the title paperwork taken care of, after my saleman told me the title was being sent the day I talked to him a week after the car arrived. 3 weeks after the car arrived, I text my salesman asking where the title was. He passed the buck to another person at the dealership blaming them for not sending the title (even though he said HE is sending the title. On top of the mess of begging them to send the title to a I rightfully own, when it arrived, and major esthetic part from the convertible was completely missing. I text the salesman and showed him the missing part. He did not text back, but called me to say he’s embarrassed because no one put down the convertible top while the car was on the dealership, and if I go get the part replaced, the dealership Will compensate me for the COST. After purchasing the part from a local dealership, I reached out to see where I need to send the bill to be compensated. the salesman would no longer answer my texts and when I called the dealership, they were always “too busy” to talk to me. As a paying customer I was treated like garbage. As soon as the car was funded, they treated me completely different. I was no longer a priority, and when I finally reached a manager, he said the sale end admitted that he authorized to reimburse me for the missing part. But since he didn’t put it in writing, he claimed he “didn’t have to do anything at all”. His only offer was that he “might help me”. MIGHT. After the salesman admitted that he claimed I would be compensated for the missing part. Not a portion, not a percentage, “we will compensate you for the missing part” were his exact words. Record every call you have with salesman and managers. I am glad I did! I am already in contact with Subaru Corporate to file a complaint on this dealership. For their lies, how they treated me after I purchased a vehicle, and the overall HORRIBLE sales experience I had at Subaru Pacific. There’s a reason used car salesman have a reputation for being dishonest.
I needed _recall_ work done to my car. They were able to handle it with care and gave me the correct estimates.
Espiritu, thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Jeff Sollee at Subaru Pacific was so awesome. Nice, genuine guy. Not like the "other sales guys" you typically come across. Listened to what I wanted when... I was shopping for my Outback. Took his time to show me some of the cars highlights and specks and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable when it came to Subaru's, a true professional! The entire staff I came across were so friendly and just helpful!
Hi Thelma, thank you so much for your positive comments about Subaru Pacific! We look forward to your next visit! Take care!
Hard for me to tell if the repairs were done the right way cuz I didn?t see them working on my car so there?s always the doubt if it ever the repair were... done.
Martin, thank you so much for your feedback. If you have any additional needs or questions, we will be more than happy to assist you! Safe travels!
We took my 2018 crosstreck in Dec.7 and then again on Dec.17 regarding the recall and the car not starting when I turn the key. Well today it did not start... and I called to see if I can take it in. The service person said that there are no appointment until February and if I take it in today, they will not look at it until when ever they chance. It is disappointing because I have only had the car for less then 2 years and I should not be having any issues with it.

After checking with other Subaru dealers in LA and Orange County, the professionalism provided by Milad Batouli of Pacific Subaru in Hawthorne made us... go to him to buy our Forrester.

Quick drop off. Excellent service rep. Repair was for a possible safety recall and would take all day so a rental car was provided at no cost.

Coming here for two years, I am convinced that going to a dealership doesn't guarantee quality and reliable service. What this dealership lacks are professionalism,... integrity, and customer service. Every time I contact Subaru service department I have to leave a voicemail since the rep does not pick up. Waiting a couple of hours or days to get a response. Prolonging car repair with excuses like we had to order parts or the tech/rep is off today numerous times. Took more than two months to fix the vehicle because the tech and shop foreman could not figure out the issue. When I voiced my frustration, their response was always defensive rather than understanding. Clearly they do not know how to empathize with their customers but great at defending themselves. When I stopped by to grab things from my car, car parts were shoved in the trunk, on top of my belongings. Clearly, they don't care about other people's valuables. One of the maintenance visits, Tech did not tighten the oil gasket properly which ended leaking over my driveway and on the street in front of my house. Mentioned to the service rep and he did not apologize what so ever meanwhile I spent my own money and time to clean the mess. Because the service department couldn't fix my car for a long time, Subaru of America is helping me get a replacement vehicle and connected me to a sales manager/rep. The sales manager gave me sticker prices and told me to pull better prices from other dealerships and get back to him. Seems like he does not want to negotiate prices with me and rather have me do all the work. After pulling numbers from another dealership, I left a couple of emails to the sales rep the sales manager recommended but he has yet to reply to my emails. I finally got a hold of him and the vehicle I was interested in was sold. Sales rep claims that he never got an email from me when I had directly replied to his email and says that I might have typed his email wrong? Always quick to defend themselves... I wonder if Subaru of America offers a training course for customer service/care because Subaru Pacific does not deserve 4 stars on Yelp. Please do yourselves a favor and go to Glendale to purchase a vehicle, they are far more professional and attentive than Subaru Pacific. Worst customer experience ever.
