Misrepresenting

Basically I bought a truck, the sales manager showed me a vehicle invoice that was not for the vehicle I purchased. When I tried to use the tech that was supposed to be on the vehicle it was not there. I brought it in, had a technician look at the vehicle and keep it in the shop for a day. Then the GM spoke to me and promised to add the tech. The dealership never made this right and have been tap dancing around making this issue right. The last thing they tried to do was sell me a new vehicle with the tech but wanted me to basically trade in my other vehicle at a loss and pay them top dollar for the vehicle I thought I was originally purchasing. Long story short, buy from another dealership. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...

BAD SERVICES, CHARGE FOR STUFF NEVER DO. DON'T HEAR AT THE CUSTOMERS. BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH A CUSTOMER. NEVER COMPLETE THE JOB THAT IS REQUEST FOR THE VEHICLE

Poor Customer Service

I am loyal Ford owner and get all of my services done at Ford Dealerships. My issue is personally with Justin Bonette in the service department. My first encounter with him ever was 08/22/2019 with I had my 100k service done on my F150. The next morning while checking my fluids, I noticed that my engine coolant was low. I went back to service the department and neither him or the mechanic knew which level my coolant should be at before startup. Justin gave me a half quart of coolant to take with me because they didn’t want to take a chance of over filling my radiator. A few days or so later, I received a survey about my experience. I’m an honest and respectful person so I answered every question honestly and truthfully. Over four months later on 01/08/2020 around 0745, I went in to get my front brake pads replaced. Justin was very pushy on trying to get me to purchase additional services that I didn’t need. Upon completion of my requested service around 0850, I handed Justin my coupon for the brake job and asked for my military discount. He then denied my military discount and asked me about my survey from August. He began to raise his voice and other customers heard our entire conversation. He asked me did I have a problem with him and or service because those surveys effects his as well the service department’s bonuses. He had the survey printed out on his desk from four months ago! He then told me that he noticed that I never wrote a good survey about the service department. For the record, I never received one in the past. I explained to him that I expected my services to be completed correctly the first time that’s the reason for my responses to the survey. He then said that next time if I can’t give a good rating on the survey to call the shop or ignore the survey completely. Justin then explained to me again about how if effects his bonus. Again, everyone in the waiting area including other staff heard this. Bottom line, this is was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed. It was simply embarrassing. No one needs to be told by some kid about a survey that are entitled to. No one should be investigating past surveys, tracking down the owners and making them feel bad for expecting exceptional services that they pay for the next time they come in. After all of my years, I always thought taking care of the customer is the first priority. In this case, bonuses seem to be more important than quality service. Sad to say, this will be my last time using this dealership and my family because this is unacceptable behavior. The owner needs to be notified and something needs to happen. Justin Bonnette does not have my permission to call or contact me in anyway.

Horrible dealership. Would not recommend anyone

Liars amen thieves! While test driving a used vehicle and making a decision. They posted our trade in for sale which steal had our insurance on it personal belongings in it. We somewhat liked the vehicle but started making an terribleness noise under the hood so we changed our mind. Management said we can’t give you your vehicle back it’s a done deal. We never signed the title so no it’s not a done deal. We have a lawyer and will get this straight. I have NEVER had this horrible experience before and I could go on. Do not go to Hixson! “Hixson has it” yea well good luck

Great dealership

Great service and salesman Edward Mills was very knowledgable regarding my Lincoln MKC features. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service.

Dream Truck

I went to this dealership to purchase my F-150 Platinum which I found online. I attempted to finance there but was given a rate of 13.75%. I financed through credit union. At time of signing, was told they could get me a better rate. By then I was frustrated because the truck only had 15,000 miles and after talking with several people there, I thought I had 21,000 miles of warranty left. I was told the 36 months of the warranty had expired, so I had to purchase an extended warranty. Two days later I contacted the dealership about those loans he told me I could get, which I wanted so I could redo yo include the extended warranty. I waited for days before someone called me back, only to be short and rude, to tell me they couldn’t do anything else for me. The only person there that treated me like a valued customer was the Customer Care Coordinator, Ms Kristen Kruze.

After deciding we needed a truck large enough to carry all of the merchandise for our businesses, we did some research and decided to try Hixson Ford in Leesville, Louisiana. Our sails agent was more than accommodating and spent most of the day showing us trucks that would satisfy our needs! After looking into many options, we decided to go with a Ford F150. After dealing with the tedious details involved with the actual purchase, we were given the keys and drove home. The next morning I decided to accesses and download my SiriusXM account that was a “required option” before perches, only to discover that option actually was not available on my new truck even though I was guaranteed it was. After a discussion with the dealerships management, I was told that the SiriusXM receiver would be added to my touch screen at no charge. All was right with the world. I would recommend Hickxon Ford to everyone!

Hixson Ford Lincoln Toyota

I was satisfied with the new Ford truck purchase I made. I was treated politely by all the personnel involved. I have shopped here before and will probably return, again. My salesman, Edward Mills, was enjoyable to deal with.

Hixson really does have it!

It's a great place to buy from. I traveled 2-1/2 hours to get there and was not disappointed. I was looking for something used, but opted for new because the deal was so much better. Their staff is professional and personable. It's like dealing with family. Everything was very straight forward. They have a lot of integrity and pride in what they do.

2018 Ford Edge

We received a call from Hixson, asking about our Explorer and a possible trade. We went in told the Salesman Rick what we were looking for, within 45 minutes we where headed in the right direction. We went home and about 2 hours later they found the SUV we wanted and we closed the deal the following day. The time from start to finish was no more than 2 hours....and that was due to a previous customer completing their paperwork. The sales / Finance teams work hard and fast to make this happen. We are very happy with the experience and the Ford Edge we purchased. Thanks again Rick, you made it happen for us.
