    I went to 3 different dealers in Tidewater and Casey was the ONLY one that bent over backwards to find the car that I wanted at the price that I was willing... to pay. They gave me a fabulous deal on my Subaru, gave me great discounts on accessories/Starlink/and my Extended Warranty. Even though they were the over 45 minutes away they are worth the drive.     Casey Auto group was a great experience. I bought my first car and Trey was knowledge patient and super helpful. There was a small mechanical problem and... Trey saw that car was fixed and even helped provide me with a rental car while the car was being serviced for a day. He walked me through everything and explained everything about the car and the financing. I got a pretty fair deal on my 2014 Chevy Cruze and he even followed up with me just to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

    Went in to make a cash offer on their high end BRZ Limited with Performance option on the showroom floor. Crystal Pear Car had the sticker removed, grease... and bug stains on the front end and later found out it has 247 miles on it. Other reviews here say they won't let folks drive high end performance models because buyers want low miles, which is direct opposition to this. Next was asked to sign a blank agreement to buy the vehicle if my price (which was blank at this point) was met by Tyriq. I refused and walked away. Have subsequently gotten phone messages from the sales manager James Burley and Tyriq. I have no intention of even wasting my time to return the calls. If they can't figure out why I walked out they have no clue.

    Clayton was absolutely AMAZING! He was very personable and easy to talk to. He took us through everything at this dealership and even took us to a partner... dealership as well to ensure we saw everything we wanted. This was our first time buying a car and he explained everything and helped us through the whole process. Through complicated circumstances he really worked with us and alleviated a lot of stress. Everyone at this dealership was very nice and helpful. Honestly feel we paid a fair price for a great car.

    After researching new cars, we decided to buy a new Subaru Outback. There were only two dealers in our area that had THE car we were looking for, Casey... being one of them. We were temporarily out of state but were able to communicate with sales personnel on line and by phone to narrow our choice of dealerships. Upon arrival at the dealership for our scheduled test drive, we were immediately met by Trey Leggett. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Outback and answered all our questions. Without any pressure, he took the stress out of car buying. He treated us like friends instead of clients. This was a very positive car buying experience.

    Our recent car buying experience at Casey Volkswagen Subaru was absolutely phenomenal. We are so pleased with our purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback. Our... sales consultant, Trey Leggett, was extremely personable and professional throughout the entire process. From the moment he courteously greeted us on the lot, we found him to be very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He eagerly and happily answered all of our questions and provided additional information to help us make our decision. The test drive he took us on was more than sufficient for us to get an accurate feel for the car. Trey took steps to make sure we got the car we wanted with the features we wanted. With the utmost patience, he made sure that we were familiarized with all of the wonderful features of our new car. We were very pleased with our experience.
