    Our experience was going great thanks to our salesman Lyndon who was very kind, patient, knowledgable and professional. But after agreeing to the price on the car the business manager pulled us into his office and began offering us extended warranty packages. While I was looking over the packages, my wife made a comment about how we were choosing Honda because of its reliability, he then made a remark about how low quality the systems were. The way he said it caught me and my wife off guard but then when I turned the packages down the entire atmosphere had changed. He was rude, disrespectful and really made us feel uncomfortable. He told my wife and I "that's okay, no one will force you to take care of your car." And even worse he said "it's okay, Casey Honda likes when you don't buy the coverage because they make more when you bring it on on repairs!" Now, if I didn't already have a 1000 dollars non refundable money down, I would have walked out of there immediately. I have never heard someone being so disrespectful because we didn't want to pay the extra $2500 on a car we are positive we don't need it. I am aware he probably gets paid on commission of his sales and more then likely makes Honda money from his sales so probably won't be reprimanded for this, but that's an unexceptful excuse. 100% because of him I have turned 2 people away from Casey Honda and will continue to do so. I also read on here that he has done the same to others. If Casey finds this behavior acceptable then I will continue to refer people elsewhere. I want to reiterate that Lyndon was an amazing as a salesman and was very respectful. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you can solve the problem.

    My wife and I went to Casey Honda just comparing prices and met with Michael Graham who was an excellent salesman and excelled by knowing everything about the Honda CRV. We also met with Sales Manager, Tiffany Weddle who made everything come together and we drove home with our new CRV same evening. I would highly recommend both Michael and Tiffany to anyone who wants to know anything about the Honda or wanting to purchase one. Both persons were great to deal with and I felt they were above measures for being honest and trustworthy.

    The man in the financing department was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive once we said we didn't want to purchase the additional coverage. I felt he was disrespectful and if we had the chance to go back and never chose this dealership, we would. The salesman was nice enough, but we definitely felt like we were getting haggled when it came to the price. We did our research and knew the price of the car before we got there and they still tried to quote us more.

    Our CRV recently needed an oil change and the AC checked. Don Matol went above and beyond to accommodate us. This is our second car from Casey Honda and a good part of return to them is the service we get from Don.     Ever since I bought my truck eight years ago from Casey Honda, I have return there for all the truck maintenance service I've needed. I may be able to find a cheaper alternative, but in the end I wouldn't have the peace of mind that Casey Honda, and most importantly, Don Matol delivers. He always makes me happy whenever I arrive to have a service performed on my vehicle. I've always been helped in a timely manner, offered very fair prices, even gotten great deals and perks from Don. I won't go anywhere else to have my truck maintenance done! I look forward to buying my next vehicle from Casey Honda when I'm ready.
