The service department paid no attention to why my vehicle was there. Instead of performing a 60,000 mile servicing which required me to leave my car... at the dealer, all that was performed was an oil change.
I bought a used car from shakers and when my heat stopped working in the middle of a New England winter, shakers told me that the repairs would cost more... than the car was worth. (They also told me to deal with the cold!) Eventually they offered me a brand new car and took the bait. My car is 1 year old. The service department will make you wait for hours even with an appointment and god forbid you do t have one... I waited 5 hours for Kia roadside assistance in the middle of the night at a gas station that was closed because my showroom car didn’t come with a spare tire. Then it took 2 days to get my car back because I didn’t have an appointment. Now 1 week later I have had to get air 4 times in my tires and numerous lights are on. I have called the dealership 6 times today and yet no one answers from the service department or returns a voicemail. I am beyond fed up with shakers and kia in general. I cannot wait to get rid of this car.
What a mistake buying our car from here was! We should have gone somewhere else. After test driving several cars we decided we were going to get a Kia.... we decided to contact the person that gave us a test drive. He knowledge he read our email and didn't respond to it. The person that did the test drive wasn't even a sales person because the sales people couldn't show up on time to work that day. He eventually passed this on to somebody else to complete the sale who never cared about us even though the sale dropped completely into his lap. Talk about a gift. The vehicle showed up with no gas in at all I had to say something before it ran out of gas while we are looking at it. We have been trying To contact them and they never reply. Our 1st email they knowledge they ignored. We sent a text to our sales person and 3 days later had to follow up to find out why we didn't have a response. Sent him another text waited four days to find out why he hasn't followed up. A part that was supposed to come in in 2 to 3 days we called 3 weeks later to find out why nobody contacted us. I emailed the salesperson, his boss, and the general manager twice and not one of them will reply to me. Why would you ignore customers that want to buy a car and then continually ignore customer that just bought a car from you? I should have gone to Bristol or Wallingford instead. What a joke this place is. We set up a service appointment to have a part that we ordered installed. The appointment was for 9 and it was an hour and a 1/2 job. 6 and a 1/2 hours later it wasn't done because they decided to work on other people's cars 1st even though we had an appointment. They told us the vehicle would be done at noon it was done 3 and a 1/2 hours later. I've tried finding out about all of this and nobody will reply to me.
