I live in the Chicago-area and contacted several dealerships in the Midwest in pursuit of a brand new Audi Q5 for my wife after test driving it at a local... dealership. Not only was Audi Creve Coeur the most competitive dealer I negotiated with, but they also had no issue shipping the car to my house in the north suburbs since they sell and ship so many cars to Chicago-area buyers. The entire process was seamless and I never had to drive down to St. Louis to finalize any paperwork as Audi FedEx'ed everything overnight for me to review/sign. I purchased a used car from Sean this past Saturday at Audi Creve Coeur and had a great experience! My father and I went to the dealership together and... we were both extremely impressed with Sean's kindness and professionalism. Among what I appreciated most was how straightforward Sean was with us, whether telling us what information he knew (and did not know) about the car, or settling upon a sales price for the car. I went into purchasing a car with a lot of doubts, fearing that a salesperson would try and take advantage of me where possible. But I left trusting Sean, viewing him as a honest, thoughtful, and considerate person. I would love to purchase my next car from him (hopefully many years down the road)!

My lease was not due until March of this year, curious with end of year deals, looked at the Infinity--test drove it, sales person did not seem too thrilled.... Walked over to Audi, met Sean, took the time to do a test drive, talk about the difference between the Q3 and Q5-- Signed and Drove off with new Q5 that night without hesitation, as Sean guided me through everything--great experience, so if you are looking to buy go see Sean! My wife found a listing for a vehicle that fit our criteria for a teenager first car. I reached out to the dealership via the chat option, provided my... name, contact number and was told I would receive a call ASAP. Sure enough, Alex called me back within 10-15 minutes. He told me the car was still available and since I live in Chesterfield we agreed I would be there in about an hour. I arrived as planned and asked for Alex as instructed. I noticed numerous salesmen on the floor but stood there for over 20 minutes waiting on Alex. When he greeted me he shook my hand and at the same time said, “the car just sold”. I was completely speechless, really? How hard would it have been to pick up the phone and tell me that someone else was looking at the car? They clearly wanted a back up buyer just in case. More interested in a sale that showing common courtesy and integrity. I categorize my experience with this dealership as a complete lack of integrity. And I really question, since Alex was nowhere to be found was he the one that sold the car to someone else? What kind of dealership would allow this kind of behavior from their employees? The one thing I can assure you, I will never again deal with this dealership. Wish there was a zero star rating. One of my best friends told me not to deal this dealership....should have listened.

This service department misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me over $1044 for an unneeded repair. After my third time to the service department the service... manager's only response is that is was up to me if wanted to fix my car with them to fix the issue for another $900 which was a discounted price. To add to this I would need to bring my car back for a 4th time even though I made an scheduled appointment since audi brake parts don't appear to be in stock at a service department. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop which was repaired in an hour. Very poor customer service. My experience was with an argumentative shop manager and tried to place the blame on me as the customer.
Update: The service manager, Matt, called me and we came to an agreement to what would resolve this issue. I appreciated him personally making a mends... to this since it all started back in June 2019.
Salesman has been contacting me for weeks to bring to the dealer. When I finally got there this old schooled **** assumed that I didn't have money or something... so treated me like I was wasting their time. (which ended up them wasted my time). I tried not showing my disappointment because I was just there to buy a car. We started to negotiate and Manager (or a Finance guy) called me into his office like he is something (which they aren't really anything but selling cars..) I only wanted few amounts lower and they weren't willing to help with price and started trying humiliate me by asking my age and exchanging eye contacts among yourselves while smiling like your customer don't know what they are doing. Which I thought they were quite pathetic because they probably could not make the amount of money that I am currently making when they were my age. If you guys are looking at my review. Please please do not judge people by their appearances (I truly hope that my race wasn't the issue there. ) and DO NOT GIVE YOUR CHILDREN ANY ADVICE (if you have any ) because ideas that you guys have wouldn't help their life. Good luck selling cars with those attitudes. By the way it was quite unbelievable that you guys asked why I felt unpleasant when you called me back for the deal. THINK people THINK.

Very professional and polite people to deal with. Go out of there way to service you. I'm just a everyday joe blue collar working stiff and they treated... me just as they would a suit and tie guy. They got me in my dream car a8 with my average credit score. Very pleased!
