Jones Junction Auto Group has been serving Maryland since 1917. Mr. Vernon Jones started out selling Studebakers in Conowingo, Maryland with his father, C.M. Jones, and soon decided to purchase the family business with his wife Catherine, in 1950.
From then on, the dealership began to expand with the acquisition of Plymouth, Nissan, and Honda Motorcycles in 1963, and then again with the addition of Chrysler, Toyota, and GMC franchises in 1966. Due to the increased business, the Jones family outgrew their facilities on North Bond Street and 305 Baltimore Pike, landing them at our current location on Belair Road.

Bought a new car from them. Agreed to each feature and purchase price in advance in writing. Car didn't have the features ordered but I was still charged... the same price. Even after admitting their mistake upon vehicle pickup and written proof, they are not adding agreed upon features. Don't let them BS you. Go somewhere else.
Great experience at Jones Kia purchasing a new Kia Telluride. Excellent salesperson, sales manager and finance manager. Everyone was friendly, helpful,... professional and courteous. The service department also did a great job with the add-ons I purchased. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.
Recently went to buy a car. Salesperson was new and did not impress me. The General Manager got involved and made the process easy. Day afte he sale,... the GM even got something I left in the car I traded. Thank You Ben. You made a difference and I will refer my friends and mainly.
Tried to Look at a particular vehicle and was told by sales person it was available on three different occasions. Each time I came I was told it was either... in inspection or in the shop. So I wasted three trips. Looked at another vehicle on the lot, test drove it and was ready to purchase. Made a offer that was over what Cars.com rated it as a "fair deal. Sales person took offer to Manager and manager came back and said they won't budge from price and walked away. I took that as rude and unacceptable behavior since I have bought over a half dozen new vehicles from this dealership in the last 20 years. I will definitely reconsider going back to this dealer since customer loyalty means nothing to them obviously.
Big fat liars from the start. Too long of a story to tell you but they changed my payoff after the purchase so I ended up having $3000 added to my loan... 3 months later. Watch them liars.
Jerry Huntley, was very couterous, and Professional. We got the car we wanted, and the service,and warrenty. We were also impressed with the lifetime oil... changes, and other services.
I had a major horrible scare with my Kia Niro within the first few weeks of owning with a very strong gasoline and burning smells in the cabin of the car.... First I thought that maybe I spilled gas on myself, but no, it was coming out of the vents each time I either ran the AC or heat didn't matter what setting you had it on it was bad. Along with the gas smell there was also a burnt wire/plastic smell which was so bad I was expecting to see smoke or flames coming out of the vents, it never did. Both smells made me completely nauseous and sick each time I had to drive the car I had to put the windows down to feel better. The Dealership actually laughed and said it was part of the break-in process I said no way and they made me feel uncomfortable that they laughed at the fact I could of died in a fire, I've owned enough brand new cars and these smells were not typical break in smells, they didn't find anything wrong with the car as I couldn't deal with the sicking odors anymore as it was only getting worse. I felt so uncomfortable in the car feeling this sick. There were other things among the smells just didn't seem well for a brand car it lacked power and had jerky/missing during acceleration. Good bye KIA brand. I ended up trading it in on a 2019 Buick Encore which has been a wonderful vehicle in the past month since my trade of the junky KIA.
They all were so amazing! I dealt with Jerry their and he was able to get the exact car that I wanted! Their staff is nothing short of amazing! Will most... definitely come back in the future.
