John Deal was my very helpful salesman when buying my first ford. He offered me the best assistance to all my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY reccomend everyone to ask for him when looking for a new vehicle! John stayed after hours just to help me take the car home that night. John went beyond my expectations on buying my first new car!

John Deal was our sales person, we enjoyed working with him. He did everything possible to make us happy...wish more sales people were like him..We will be a return customer in the future..I can't say anything about repairs because we bought a new F-150..but i don't for see any problems in that area either..Once again we received great service and was very pleased..Gary & Debbie Travis

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus today. My sales rep., Dean Bradshaw, was courteous and efficient at getting the allowance established on my trade. I was satisfied with the deal and the paper work went smoothly. We have a Fusion we purchased there a couple years ago and have had excellent service, partially contributing to my decision to buy another ford product. Good job guys!

Mark is the best sales person we came in contact with out of about 3 other dealers we visited, he helped us find the 2014 Mustang with the options with wanted. Mark is very friendly and professional. Would recommend talking to Mark Engle if you visit cloninger Ford in Hickory.

Mr. Simmons was rude not very professional when we asked to get 1 extra day to come back to sign paper work on the car we wanted to buy, we had to leave for an appointment and he told us that he would not honor his offer if we waited any longer. As a sales manager you would expect for him to be more professional and better spoken. I would not recommend talking to Mr. Simmons if you visit Cloninger Ford in Hickory.
