    I would recommend lumberton Kia to anyone they helped me a lot I bought a car on sept 26 2014 2 days ago I had no credit or license and barely a down payment I got to test drive my car and check it out from head to toe they even put gas in it and did a detail on it I don't know what problems everybody else had but my experience was great thanks Tina fields for putting me in my new Kia soul you guys were great

    Thank you all at Lumberton Kia, not only did I get the car I wanted, but the payment is not that bad either. After Bleckers in Red Springs told me I had TWO SSN, which I knew was not true, I went to these kind folks and Maurice didn't stop till he put me in the car I wanted. Thanks Guys

    Hi Mrs. Norris. Let me start off by saying that it really bothers me that you feel the way that you do, especially after speaking with you and Mr. Norris concerning your need to purchase a vehicle. I personally took the reigns and did everything in my power to get you the lowest possible payment on a vehicle that fits your needs. Per our phone conversation, the last thing that I recall after speaking to both you and Mr. Norris, was that the payment sounded much better and you were going to think about it overnight and let me know the next morning. A payment of $198 on a very nice preowned 2012 vehicle is basically unheard of. However, I did everything, but loose money to extend my gratitude and show my appreciation to gain you as a customer. The next thing that I hear from Hector the following morning, is that he has spoken to Mr. Norris and he is upset because the car doesn't have any warranty, we only showed him a couple of cars that he could buy, and that he is going to contact the better business bureau to file a complaint on us for doing bad business. With that said, everyone has different credit situations and the key to lowering any payment is cash down. And, to address the warranty situation, the only warranty that comes with a car automatically is the factory warranty! However, we do offer very affordable extended service plans to cover the vehicle that you choose. We can even be build the cost into your payment so you don't have to pay out of pocket. In closing, it is our goal to sell every customer that drives up on this lot a vehicle that fits their needs. It is no secret that we don't make any money unless we do. We here at Lumberton Mazda Kia also strive to get every customer the lowest interest rate and payment that we can. But, unfortunately, we are at the sole discretion of the lending institution to get the rate as well as the term. Hopefully this sheds a little light on the situation for you and the ones that read this review that you have chosen to leave to discredit us here at Lumberton Mazda Kia.     This dealership is a serious joke. Staff is filled with complete liars from so called "sales manager" down to "sales reps". I know dealerships have money hungry employees but this special group in particular will tell you anything you want to hear to put you in a car that probably has something wrong with it. Me and my wife were in the process of buying a new vehicle. First day went somewhat of smooth I told them I came in to put no money down and they smiled and said that's no problem, I left with with a car and came back the next day because they stated were going to find you a cheaper rate. Upon returning the sales shark comes to me and says now we need you to put 1300 down so against my better judgment I say ok to it and gather the money, after 3 hours of sitting around he comes back yet again and says they are unable to do the deal because my wife had no license, and she signed as well. We clearly stated to him my wife does not have a license multiple times before putting out names down and he kept on saying it's no problem. At the last minute wasting my time and telling us he can't make the deal I talk to another so called "manager" all she did was make an excuse for him... That's a joke .... So now that me and my wife drove this car back to the dealership that this horrible sales person renege on everything he told us it left us stuck at the dealership. If you have money for a new car I'm telling you don't waste your time do go through this headache head to a good dealership were customer service and satisfaction are their morals, I'm military and I strongly aid my fellow service members do not go here find else where. From new privates to a colonel do not waste your time here.

I assure you that it is our goal here to sell everyone a new car that wishes to purchase one. That's what we do! However, unfortunately everyone's credit situation is different and we have to rely one the banks guidelines for financing. And yes, sometimes it is frustrating for us as well as you the customer. So when we have to ask for certain things to obtain financing or have to say "no", trust me when I say that it's not the dealership.....it's the bank! Thanks, Chris Matthews GM
