Leased 2019 Tucson from Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf 2/14/19. I was not going to write a negative review until I found out I was not given the 72 hrs to... change my mind and that info was not even given to me. My salesman, James Miller or Sales Mgr Ewing Foulkes never mentioned that. They said you signed a contract. My complaint the color was not color I wanted and book showed a red car and I got a wine/burgundy color. Financing with Jasmine started out with one lease amount and went up drastically. Everyone had smiles before and during sale and then when they made the sale no communication. When I said this is not the color I wanted. My salesman asked “why did you accept car”. I told him Mr Folkes told me this is Gemstone Red and that is what I got. Car not prepped tank on empty and wrong color. I even asked can you get me a pearl white and his answer again “you signed a contract”. I feel my salesman did not make sure I got what I wanted and he did not make sure the lease amount I agreed on and initialed was given to me. I felt they fooled me and would not have done that to a man. I have to look at this color car for 36 months and reminded of how I was treated.
I have the best experience ever for the first when shopping for a new car. My saleman Mr.Jermaine Bright is the one I can give all the thanks to he ask... me what was I looking for and the price range there was no pressure he made sure my experience was an enjoyable one. He listen and let me take the lead. Only if there was more salesmen out there like him I think their car buying experience was an enjoyable one like mines. I would recommend him yo everyone. I am a new proud owner of a Hyundai Sonata. So I recently was in an accident in which my vehicle was totaled loss. This in itself was very overwhelming... and stressful due to the fact that I was now out of a vehicle. Coming into this Hyundai dealership was a great decision and experience. My salesperson Mr. Calvin Jackson was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find something that I was comfortable with and that met my expectations. He was also very confident about the car buying process and was very clear and helpful with the options. Even After purchasing my vehicle, Calvin made sure I was aware of vehicle features or if I had any other issues. The customer service at the Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf was truly amazing. Great buying experience and I will definitely be returning. Ask for Calvin. You will not be disappointed.
The Pictures of the vehicle wasn’t online. Justin took pictures of the car and sent them to my phone. Also, he made sure that the car was fully detailed... and he personally delivered the car to my home in Columbia, Maryland. I will strongly recommend my friends and family to buy vehicles from Justin at Sheehy of Waldorf.

This place is dismal at best. I was going to let it slide as an honest mistake/misunderstanding until it kept happening in different financing scenarios.... In true financing fashion, once Jasmine realized she could not swindle (and I use this word lightly) me, her hospitality turned to frustration. The General Manager (Erica) has not handled the situation accordingly and blew me off as a generalized consumer. Hey guys... I am NOT SATISFIED with your services. I concur with another review, "take your hard earned money somewhere else". Buyer Beware.... My car has been in the shop FIVE times since purchasing December 31, 2018.

I had to think long and hard about my overall car buying experience. In the end it was great. Calvin the internet Sales Managet and Manny, the Sales Manager... were professional and courteous. I'd work with these two again. But.... Beware of finance. Several times I caught information in my contract that we'd previously corrected or shouldn't have been there. Financing team aside, this was a GOOD car buying experience.
We wanted to buy a Grand Cherokee today. We called the dealership yesterday evening if the Jeep still available as we came from Nc. The salesman said yes... it is still available. We drove here (4 and a half hour drive) and the Jeep was on the lot when we got here but already sold and wrecked. The salesman should have known that the vehicle was already sold as we asked for that Jeep specifically. We are really disappointed . Unfortunately we don't know the salesmans name my husband called yesterday around 6pm . Dec.1.2018 We don't know how the other people work there we don't want blaming all of them for this bad experience.
