On Saturday 2/3/24 I went to take my Jeeps with my

On Saturday 2/3/24 I went to take my Jeeps with my husband for an oil change and comma rotation service. The Jeeps are custom, when they finished the service we noticed that the rims were scratched, mine is a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and a Jeep Mojave. We gave the complaint to the person in the area, they took photos and said on Monday 2/5/24 the complaint would be made with the service manager, still at this point I am waiting for the call from Mr. Thomas Harper if it is possible call Mr.... My husband went yesterday because after doing the service the Jeep Mojave has a strange movement when it goes over 65 miles. They refused to touch the jeep and verify what was happening in it and when he went to talk to Thomas Harper he found him talking dirty about Hispanics with another person in the office, YOU WORK WITH MANY LATINOS TO BE TALKING THAT WAY ABOUT A COMMUNITY THAT MOVES YOUR BUSINESS and a lack of respect for the customers who buy cars there. My husband went to look for the General Manager and he was not in the office. He then finds Thomas Harper sleeping in his office, lying down doing nothing to help my husband with the situation in his Jeep. There are proof photos of Thomas Harper sleeping in his office. My husband asks about my wife's claim about the earrings and the response from one of the employees was that she has to call. I called the dealer several times today to verify the claim and no one answers, I left messages and I still have not received a call or message from her. WELL ANNOYING, we are talking about earrings that cost 3,000 dollars, they are not factory earrings..... and no one does anything. The only person who tried to help WAS Justin Valcarcel (service advisor) and the manager did nothing, he just poked fun at the situation. From today 2/6/24 still waiting for the call...….

No negative rating for this dealership or I would leave it. Took my 2022 Ram diesel truck in for some warning lights and notices to be repaired while on vacation in Florida. Took in on Wednesday on Monday I called to check on my truck and they said it required a sensor that would take 8-9 weeks to get. Then they told me that the computer could be reflashed as a temporary fix for the issue. They wanted to charge me almost $900 to reflash, the truck only has 23,000 miles on it, and is still under warranty. They are a rip-off dealership. Will never get my buisness again.

Hello, We do apologize you are having concerns, however there are a few key factors that lead to your experience. Your tuck was purchased in Canada and the warranty is not valid in the U.S. for general repairs. Additionally, the repairs your vehicle currently needs are due to improper work that was done at another shop in Canada. The parts your vehicle requires is on back order and not readily available. We provided the only option we could due to your situation. We are not able to charge for this repair to your warranty which is why we provided you with the same quote we would have charged your warranty if it was covered. This was reviewed with you while going over the quote. I again apologize you are having concerns however we did not cause your situation and provided you with a prompt solution you opted to decline.

You failed to mention that the improper work done at the Canadian dealer was the reflash the computer since the part was not available for 8-9 weeks they had no option but to flash the computer. Here is the difference, they never charged me 800 dollars. You said that the warranty was not covered in the US, but I have driven Ram trucks a long time prior to you being in business and they have always covered the work in North America. If people from Canada want a good dealership experience, they will stay away from Your establishment. Just look over your reviews and see for yourself. There are other dealers that will repair my truck under warranty, without your “prompt” solution which was to pay you over $800 to flash my computer. In a $100,000 truck, after all it was a recall issue.Not a solution in my mind, except for putting money in your pockets. Never again will I patronize your dealership just because it is convenient!

This is my second time buying a new Jeep Renegade from

This is my second time buying a new Jeep Renegade from Posner Park. The first was a 2018 Renegade and this purchase was a 2023 Renegade. Like before everything was fantastic from start to finish. My review for my first jeep is on google. I highly recommend this dealership.
