This was the worst visit i ever had they are really shaddy people at Carl. Malone. Mit. I bought a truck a week ago and steal have not been able to pick... it up it is in the shop getting the heater fix and they keep giving me a run around it well be fix this day and then the next day and so on they are shady people i have not even drove the truck since i bought it i would not recommend buying here
The team at Karl Malone Mitsubishi was great to work with. Lilo helped me find the perfect truck for me. It was quick and easy going through the financing... and out the door. Thanks again to the whole team!

Today I followed up with my first intro to Karl Malone Mitsubishi. Met Lilo Raass and Brent May , took a demo ride and bought a new Outlander Sport. Great... answers to all my questions. Straight talk and efficient process. Went ahead and closed on the deal efficiently. Would recommend these personnel and dealership to anyone gladly. Great job. Marshall Larson
If there were 0 starts I'd select that! I was a committed Mitsubishi customer until I dealt with this shady dealership. I bought my Outlander SE on... April 25, 2018. My contract included a $1,000 check from the dealership to help with payments. As of June 6, 2018, I still do not have the check. My repeated efforts to get it from the dealership result in multiple phone transfers, promises to call me back, and THREAT, yes threat by manager Neli. When I said I want to pick up my check today and am tired of the run around, he told me "I don't respond well to ultimatums" and that he's now going to do the minimum to help me because I gave an ultimatum. If Karl Malone was honest and did their job, I wouldn't be to the point of demanding this check! How dare the sales person threaten me with less help...as if they've been any help at all...simply for asking them to keep their word. In addition to this fiasco, the salesman, Michael DeJournette, I dealt with was either a liar or incompetent. I had an Outlander GT and when shown an SE by Michael, he said the only difference was fabric instead of leather seats and the regular speaker system vs. the Rockford speaker system. I should have checked things out more thoroughly, but was having a busy work day. Turns out he was completely wrong. The SE does not have a v6 engine (it's a v4) does not have a trailer hitch, does not have sun roof, does not have adaptive cruise control, does not have paddle shifters, etc. I was completely misled. I signed all the paperwork saying there was a couple miles on the car. After I drove away, discovered there was over 600 MILES on the car. They blamed Michael who had left for a meeting by this time and gave me 3 more oil changes in compensation for the discrepancy. I really like Mitsubishi products, but I'll never buy a from these guys again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
**MUST READ** Never ever buy a car here, trust me you will regret it as I have. If they are ok selling me the car they did at my young age and basically... making the next 5 years awful and unaffordable, you should be worried about buying here. They are super shady they sell cars without telling you about issues with the car that they are fully aware of, (I said there was an issue with engine running funny and electricity going out and dimming they said it was normal). The issues they agree to fix they never actually get fixed or say they fixed it but it never was but then when you take it back to actually get fixed they say "oh we don't have any record of us fixing that or saying we needed to". You will end up paying for the repairs yourself. They are without a doubt the worst most shady dealer and service that I've ever come across.
Great service all around. They didn't rush me to buy a car. They understood my payments requirement. They took my info and helped me look for what I wanted.... The car is great too.
I test drove and purchased a used Nissan Xterra. The negotiations were the easiest I've ever had, the price was great, and the purchase was simpler than... buying a new cell phone. Seriously, last time I bought a phone, it took 2 hours...annoying. Upon driving it home, I found there it had a shaking only noticed at 75mph (Didn't go that fast on the test drive). Thought I was screwed but called the sales manager about it. Without hesitation he had me bring it into the service department to be evaluated. A loaner car was given to me in the meantime. Turns out it was the tires, so surprisingly, they bought new tires for me and installed/balanced them at no cost to me. Obviously I'm very pleased and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this dealer for your needs. I'll be coming back when I need to.
Terrible experience. I leased a Mitsubishi Outlander from this place in August and signed a 4 year contract for a lease payment of $217. However, we received... a bill 2 months later for $306. When we contacted the store, the finance manager at the time we signed the lease had left and there was a new manager who had to deal with the situation. After many calls and visits to the store, he finally gave us a cheque for the difference for 2 years. He said to give him time and he would call me back after he works out with his management what to do about the remaining 2 years. I had a baby and couldn’t follow up for about a month. When I called back a month or so later, this finance manager had left as well and there was another one in his place who promised to figure out the situatiOn and call me back. He never did, so I called him again about 3 weeks later. He claimed the deal was only for the 2 years. He wasn’t being helpful, claimed they were short staffed and asked me to come back to the store to figure out a deal. I’ve been having to make several trips to the store through my 3rd trimester and with a young baby. They have not been very helpful and the situation is still not resolved. I’m not impressed at all. Don’t recommend them at all!!
Me and my husband drove all the way from vernal to purchase a ne w car , I had specific car types that we wanted, also bright pics and prices of what we... wanted , we had a Mitsubishi Eclipse special edition as a trade in and 2000 $ cash I felt like once we disclosed that we were trading in the eclipse that’s all they cared about , the first car that was shown to us was a Chevy traverse, it was nothing like what I wanted and I Made this very clear , the day continued with them showing us car that were nothing like what i wanted or in our budget, finally we found a car and we made a deal on it we drove if the lot and realized it wasn’t a 4 wheel or all wheel drive like we wanted so we called the dealer and told them we are coming back we arrived about 20 min later, at this point I just wanted to go home, but guess what? Our car was gone!!!!! so I had to take a car that I hated !!! Just so we could go home!!! They didn’t care about what I wanted all they cared about was our trade in!!! I still don’t like the car and as soon as I find out who the financial company is I will contact them to arrange a trade in this was a complete waste of time!!!
