HOLY WOW from AK Destiny is best salesperson!!!!

HOLY WOW! Destiny Gaylord was the most amazing Car Sales person I’ve had pleasure of dealing with. Had some snafus as am from alaska n buying in Sandy so coordinating with bank was cumbersome but she was patient, responsive from the get go. We put in initial inquiry and she called within minutes. Helped me get rental car when closing deal got delayed. I’ve bought tens of cars and she has been the BEST!!! Go online n find her if you want the best car buying process possible.

Excellent Customer Service at Southtowne Mitsubish

Ethan Cespedes began helping me. Due to an appointment he left me in the hands of Spencer Prestwich. I had been renting a car for 2 1/2 months. Spencer told me that he was going to find me a car, today. He helped me for about 5 1/2 hours. At the end of the day he arranged for me to meet another dealer that had the car that I wanted. Who does that? Someone with the customers best interest at heart. Someone who's word means something. Thank-you Spencer, you are awesome. Ethan checked in on us several times to see how we were doing. And get this, the sales manager, Jonathan Van Wagner was also looking online for more cars that I would like at other dealers. Talk about excellent customer service, from all three of these gentlemen. Very Grateful, Kathy Johnston

Salesman Jesson Schear went above and beyond with his customer service and his sales knowledge. He is a genuine nice young man that gave 100% of his attention to making the sale as comfortable and easy going as it should be.

Great experience at the dealership

Wonderful dealership!!

Dave Jr. and Jeisson were AMAZING in my first vehicle finance purchase. Not only was their communication skills wonderful but they actively listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle, and continually worked with me and my lenders until I found my dream car. The car purchasing experience was a very stressful one for me, as in I spent over a month researching vehicles and visiting several dealerships within 100 miles of my home. After they found a vehicle that met my specifications they stayed late so I was able to test drive the vehicle and finance it in the same day, unfortunately the first vehicle did fall through due to my financing qualifications and neither Dave nor Jeisson missed a beat, they continued to work tirelessly until they found a vehicle that would not only work for what I needed but exceeded my expectations whit my vehicle purchase. I highly advise any person looking to purchase or finance a vehicle seeks out this dealership, but in particular Jeisson as the sales associate and Dave Jr. as the financing officer. These two are a dynamic duo!! if I could give 10 stars to each of them I would!!

Bait and Switch and LIES!

Test drive a car. Signed the contract. Drove off the lot and realized they gave me a different car! Tried to return it. They refused to take it back or swap it for the correct one even though I have proof that they gave me a different car than the one they advertised. They just flat out lied. Beware!

Thank you Mike for great service

I needed to buy a truck for work and I shopped at a couple different dealers. So many times when I would go to a dealer there was pressure to buy. Mike was very polite and not at all pushy. When I told him what I wanted he showed me exactly what I was looking for. The process was simple and very quick. Even after I have made the purchase he has been very willing to help me with any questions I might have. Thank you Michael Chieco for such good service.

Best salesman I've met!

This is the dealership that was willing to work with me the most. I went to countless ones and no success, I would be offered cars I don't like, not much options were available, and I would feel pressured. At Mitsubishi, it was perfect, they had a good selection of cars, and I would feel no pressure in buying one at all. Mike Pierce was who helped me through my car shopping journey. He has helped me for months to find a perfect car, give me advice, and be a great friend. It was difficult though since I was a first time buyer and wanted a nice car with very limited credit history. I ended up buying a 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback with 37000 miles which is very low in my opinion and it looks almost brand new! I am very satisfied with the car and my experience here, especially thanks to Mike! Best honest salesman I ever met! Good friend too!
